The actress swapped her chauffeur-driven car for public transport in NYC
Katie Holmes proved she’s no diva as she took the subway to the rehearsals of her new Broadway play in New York.
The 33-year-old actress hopped on public transport and rode the few stops from her Manhattan apartment to the rehearsal location for Dead Accounts.
Speaking of her Broadway comeback at the presentation of the play on Friday at Sardi’s Restaurant in the Big Apple, the actress said she was ‘really excited to be back’.
‘It is really wonderful to be in the rehearsal phase of Dead Accounts, people will laugh and be touched.’
Katie Holmes last appeared on Broadway in 2008 when she starred in Arthur Miller’s All My Sons.
