Britney Spears has been hard at work in her role as a new judge on X Factor USA but yesterday she took a well earned break with her sons in Santa Barbara.
The 30-year-old took her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to get some cupcakes in the Californian town.
Dressed in a colourful summer top, cut-off denim shorts and Ugg-style boots, Ms Spears looked relaxed and healthy on a rare day off from her busy X Factor schedule.
The singer has received mixed reactions from audiences so far with some accusing her of being robotic, while there have also been reports circulating that she has developed a habit of storming out of auditions.
Whatever Britney is like as a judge we can wait to see her, Demi Lovato, LA Reid and Simon Cowell in action together!
