Stars from some of the best TV shows of the moment were out to celebrate at the glitzy awards in Los Angeles

Patrick Kielty looked understandably pleased with himself as he posed with beautiful new girlfriend, Cat Deeley. The couple have been slow in taking their romance public but were more than happy to be snapped as a red carpet couple at this year's Critics' Choice Awards.
