Is there a River Island free delivery code available?
Although there isn't a free delivery code, River Island customers can receive their free standard delivery option when they spend over £50. This option is £4 under this threshold and your order will arrive within 5 working days.

How do I get a River Island birthday discount?

Students can claim 10% off their River Island purchases all year round. Verify your student status through UNiDAYS or Student Discount and you will receive your student promo code in your inbox which you can use both online and in-store.
Is there a River Island NHS discount available?
If you are in the Emergency Services, the NHS, or the Armed Forces, you can save on your next River Island order with their Blue Light Card promo code. When you verify your employment status through the Blue Light Card website or the link on the River Island website, you will receive a 15% RI promo code right away.
What is the River Island returns policy?
You can return your order to River Island either online or in-store within 28 days of the delivery date. An online order needs to be registered through the River Island site (please note, this will not generate a physical return note). If you opt to return your items to your local River Island store, you will need to provide your proof of purchase to receive your refund or exchange.
