Where can I find Monsoon free delivery?
There are a few Monsoon free delivery options available. If you would like to opt for their Click and Collect option, you won't have any delivery fees added to your order. Equally, their Evri Parcel Shop option is a free home delivery method for orders over £30; below this threshold, it is £2.95.
What is the Monsoon return policy?
If you'd like to return your latest Monsoon order, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to send it back (14 days for the return of outlet and sales items). All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. With Christmas around the corner, any orders placed between 21st October and 24th December can be returned until 15th January 2024.
Can I get free returns at Monsoon?
Monsoon is the gift that keeps on giving. Not only do they offer free shipping, but also free returns. If you're from the UK or the Republic of Ireland and would like to return your latest order, you'll be pleased to hear that you can do this completely free.
