Can you cancel your LOOKFANTASTIC beauty box?
Unfortunately, you can’t cancel just one of your beauty boxes but you can cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to receive your LF beauty box. To do this, you can either contact their customer service team via their live chat function or social media or you can go to ‘My Account’ and select the ‘Subscription’ option to change your subscription.
What is the returns policy at LOOKFANTASTIC?
At LOOKFANTASTIC, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase. To begin your return, head over to the returns page and follow the step-by-step process. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all seals intact, for you to be eligible for a full refund.
