New York fashion designer Michael Kors was in London last night to cut the ribbon on his brand new, three-floor European flagship on Regent Street. An a-list crowd of Kors’ celebrity fans including Solange Knowles, Gwyneth Paltrow and Elle Macpherson, gathered in the plush new store that includes ready-to-wear, accessories, separate shoe salons for the brands two lines and a dedicated men’s section on the ground floor

‘London is one of the world’s great fashion cities and an endless source of inspiration for me personally,’ Kors told us. ‘I’m thrilled to be opening a beautiful new flagship on Regent Street that represents everything we do and offers our customers the full world of Michael Kors.’

Decked out in the brands new collections, our favourite looks from the evening include Gwyneth Paltrow who wore a stunning sequin-embellished merino pleated dress and Solange who stunned in a black wool jacket from and silver metallic embroidered trousers.

Model BFFs Charlotte Wiggins and Sam Rollinson, were also in attendance and as inseparable as ever. We’ve added Charlotte’s navy sequin-embroidered floral silk shift dress and Sam’s model-off-duty style leather slip dress and black studded leather sandals to our summer shopping list.

And on that note….
