Angelina Jolie made her first public appearance since announcing she had undergone surgery to remove her ovaries and fallopians tubes at the 2015 Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday.

Joined by her gorgeous children, Zahara Jolie-Pitt and Shiloh Jolie-Pitt - who clearly adore her... just look at the photos in the gallery above - the 39-year-old actress gave a truly inspirational acceptance speech after winning 'Favourite Villain' for her role in Maleficent.

She said: 'I want to say when I was little, like Maleficent, I was told that I was different - and I felt out of place, and too loud, too full of fire, never good at sitting still, never good at fitting in. And then one day I realized something, something I hope you all realize. Different is good.

'When someone tells you that you are different, smile and hold your head up and be proud. And, as your villain, I would say: cause a little trouble
