Kate Middleton shows further signs she's recovering from severe morning sickness by attending staff Christmas party in London.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended a Christmas lunch with members of their staff at Bumpkin in Notting Hill (a favourite restaurant of Team MC, as it happens).

A private room, called The Queen's Room, had been hired for the bash, which saw 27 staff from the Royal Household let their hair down and tuck into a three-course Christmas dinner.

According to sources, Duchess Kate, who recently announced she's pregnant, was wearing a floral blue and white dress with a matching jacket.

‘The Duchess of Cambridge was looking the picture of health. William and Kate enjoyed a leisurely lunch with 27 members of their Household,' the source told the Mail Online.

‘Bumpkin is a group of country-in-the-city style restaurants serving rustic British food.

‘It seems even the Royals attend office Christmas parties - although it was a much more sophisticated affair, without all the usual drunken antics and revelry.’

A St James Palace spokesman confirmed that Kate and Wills had attended the party, simply saying: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended a private luncheon today.’

It was Kate's second public appearance since being released from King Edward V11 Hospital having been treated for hyperemesis gravidarum, a condition which causes severe vomiting pregnant women.
