Kate Middleton and Prince William cheered Zara Phillips on in the Olympics for the second day in a row

Kate Middleton and Prince William bagged front row seats at the equestrian arena in Greenwich for the second day running today, as they cheered on Prince William's cousin Zara Phillips as she competed in the show jumping.

Looking relaxed and happy, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge smiled and giggled as they watched the action, appearing on the edge of their seats at one crucial moment during Zara's round.

Kate Middleton showed off her pitch perfect Olympic styling once again, dressed to perfection in a pair of navy jeans, a breton striped t-shirt and the very same navy Smythe blazer she wore to the event yesterday.

William and Kate were joined by Prince Harry for the action-packed equestrian morning, with Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie sitting just a few seats behind.

Meanwhile, Zara's hubby Mike Tindall watched nervously from the sidelines.

And it seems the royal family brought Zara luck. After she and her GB teammates put in nail biting rounds, the riders galloped home to take a silver medal.

Speaking of the support from the crowd, the emotional royal gushed: 'It's incredible, it gives you a massive lift as you come into the arena. We're really grateful to everyone who has come here to cheer us on.'

Congratulations, Zara!
