New mum Adele refuses to reveal the name of her baby son because the information is 'personal'. 'I'm not revealing his name. I'm not ready, it's too personal and intimate,' the superstar revealed at the Golden Globe awards on Sunday.

'I'm enjoying him on my own at the moment,' she added.

Adele, who welcomed her and boyfriend Simon Konecki's first child together in October, made her first post-baby appearance at the ceremony where she won an award for her song 'Skyfall'.

Collecting her prize the 24-year-old said: 'I'd like to thank Paul Epworth who I did the song with. Daniel Craig you've been such a wonderful Bond.

'And this is for my boyfriend Simon who convinced me to do it and to my lovely son. Thank you very much.'

Backstage in the press room, Adele went on to say, in typical Adele fashion, that she really only went to the Golden Globes for a free night out.

She said: 'Oh my God. Oh my God. Honestly, I've come out for a night out with my friend Ayda. We're new Mums. We've literally come for a night out, I was not expecting this.'

'It's very strange to be here and thank you so much for letting me be part of your world for a night. It's amazing, we've been p*****g ourselves laughing, you know.'

The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer also opened up to People about motherhood, admitting: 'I am exhausted, that's how motherhood changed me. I have eczema from boiling bottles.'
