The couple already shares Noon, a Miniature Schnauzer and Daphne, a Doberman Pinscher. But recently, they expanded their family, adopting a pocket American Bully from a shelter in Oakland, California.

"Logistically, it wasn’t probably the smartest idea," Zendaya explained of their recent relationship milestone in a new interview with ELLE. "But emotionally, it was. He’s a wonderful addition to our family.

"I saw his little face and I was like, 'I can’t leave you behind,'" she added.

"I’d say quintessential Hollywood shit is probably how I am with my dog," The Drama star previously explained in a 2026 conversation with co-star Robert Pattinson for Interview Magazine.

"They get their fancy meals with the vitamin supplements. It sounds very ridiculous when I talk about it, but I love my child," she added. "That’s probably the most ridiculous Hollywood thing about me, how my dog be living."

Zendaya appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night to promote her new movie The Drama, and, naturally, the conversation turned to her rumoured 'secret wedding' to longterm partner, Tom Holland. Speculation that the pair privately eloped has been mounting in recent weeks following an offhand comment made by Zendaya's stylist and close friend, Law Roach. When a red carpet reporter at the 2026 SAG Actor Awards asked him about the pair's wedding plans, he replied: "The wedding has already happened. You missed it."

Since then, the Challengers star has been spotted wearing what appears to be a thin gold band alongside her beautiful five carat engagement ring. Amid the growing buzz, Zendaya addressed the wedding speculation during her interview with Jimmy Kimmel. The host began: "I'm sure you know the Internet has gone berserk with stories that you might actually be married to Tom."

She joked: "Really? I haven’t seen any of them."

Kimmel then went on to discuss the stream of AI wedding photos that have circulated on social media, depicting Zendaya and Tom's supposed wedding. She responded: "Many people have been fooled by them. While I was just out and about in real life, people were like, 'Oh my God, your wedding photos are gorgeous,' and I was like, 'Babe, they’re AI. They’re not real.'"

The actress went on to say that those close to her were annoyed that they weren't invited, and she wanted to 'clear the confusion' with a special video. What played was a snippet from Zendaya's upcoming film, a scene where she's taking wedding day photos with her co-star, Robert Pattinson. But, in a funny twist, Tom Holland's head was - rather obviously - pasted over Pattison's.

Although she joked to Kimmel that it was a 'really beautiful day' and that it was 'real footage', fans noted that, technically, she didn't actually confirm or deny the wedding rumours.

And in the weeks since, the Challengers star has been seen wearing a gold band on her ring finger.

Tom and Zendaya have both remained silent about the reports of their marriage. However, fans are convinced that the Dune star actually confirmed the rumours during a recent red carpet appearance.

While attending the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards earlier this week, Zendaya was called "Mrs Holland" on the red carpet, with the actress smiling in response.

And according to a source via PEOPLE, she was overheard accepting congratulations and well wishes from multiple attendees during the Awards.

This reportedly included a public acknowledgement, when host Marsai Martin asked the star to "just give a little nod or signal" when she should send her a wedding present, while presenting on-stage.

Zendaya reportedly laughed at Martin's joke and covered her face with her hands, revealing her wedding ring to applause from the audience.

Zendaya and Tom Holland have not yet publicly spoken about the speculation.

Tom Holland may have become a household name after landing the role of Peter Parker in the Spider-Man franchise, but the actor was a stage star long before his Hollywood success. Tom got his big break playing the lead role in the West End production of Billy Elliot: The Musical back in 2008 when he was just 12 years old, before going on to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2016 and switching to a silver screen career.

However, he's now treading the boards once again in a new production of Romeo and Juliet at the Duke of York’s Theatre in London. The show, in which Tom plays Romeo opposite Francesca Amewudah-Rivers as Juliet, has excited theatre-goers and fans who have been eagerly waiting for the production directed by Jamie Lloyd.

After its first official preview night on Monday, Tom shared a backstage photo of the Romeo and Juliet cast and wrote on Instagram: "Tonight was the start of something so special. I’m beyond proud of our cast and crew who have gone above and beyond in every way. I can’t wait for the rest of the run. Tonight was truly a highlight of my career and I’m so glad I get to share it with these incredible people. Love you all and see you tomorrow!"

The show caused a stir last weekend when its opening night, initially slated for Saturday 11th May, was suddenly cancelled. Following the decision to push back the preview of Romeo and Juliet, there were concerns that it would not be staged this week. A statement from representative said that the delay was 'due to the technical aspects of the production needing further preparation', and the first performance went ahead on Monday 13th May with fans gathering outside the Duke of York's theatre for a chance to see the stars.

Tom was spotted on the balcony alongside Francesca, and told the waiting crowd: "Thank you so much! We love you all!"

But it isn't just the start delay and Tom's return to the stage that has had people talking - in fact, many have been quick to point out that the actor is also debuting a new haircut. Remember when the internet collectively went into a meltdown about Harry Styles' buzzcut? It's not *quite* at that level of online furore just yet, but his cropped cut has certainly garnered a reaction from fans.

On social media, one person wrote: "Tom Holland’s hair I’m mourning," while a Reddit thread dedicated to his new look had commenters writing everything from, "I don’t think he could ever have a bad haircut," to "he looks like every other British guy".

While many have been excited about the latest take on the Shakespearian classic, the theatre company behind Romeo and Juliet was forced to release a statement last month addressing the onslaught of 'deplorable racial abuse' levelled at some members of the cast. In a statement, they said (via The Standard): "This must stop. We are working with a remarkable group of artists. We insist that they are free to create work without facing online harassment. We will continue to support and protect everyone in our company at all costs. Any abuse will not be tolerated and will be reported. Bullying and harassment have no place online, in our industry or in our wider communities."

Romeo and Juliet will run at the Duke of York's theatre until 3rd August.

Zendaya just told a story that some fans think lets us in on when she started dating boyfriend Tom Holland. The two have been going out for quite a few years, and have been more open about their relationship in recent months. Before that, though, everything we knew about them came from paparazzi photos and references to each other in interviews.

But appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live as she promotes her new film Challengers, Zendaya was asked if she's ever had a speeding ticket, and her answer referenced Tom in such a way that fans are now convinced that the actress was actually admitting to when the two started dating.

"Tom and I were rushing to a spin class — with my mother," she explained. "I was not going to do the spin class, he was going to do the spin class. 'Cause I don't do that... But, we were going a little fast, we were running late. And they recognised that he was Spider-Man and, uh, we were fine. We got our warning and everything was OK."

At this point, you may be wondering how on earth fans figured anything out from that story, but we're getting to it. One fan posted a clip of Zendaya telling the anecdote on Twitter, followed by a social media video that showed Tom and Z's mum Claire Stoermer leaving a spin class circa 2017. Commenters then began speculating over whether Tom and Zendaya were already dating at the time or not.

Still, this is very little to go on, considering the actress could have been talking about a different spin class, and she and Tom could very well have just been friends at the time.

ELLE also points out that both of the lovebirds were linked to other people in 2020, meaning that if they were in fact together in 2017, they could have broken up and got back together at some point.

Zendaya just opened up about her vision for future children.

In a new interview with Vogue, the actress detailed both what growing up in the spotlight was like for her, and what becoming famous basically overnight was like for her boyfriend and Spider-Man costar Tom Holland.

"I think growing up, I always felt like when someone asks for a picture, I have to do it, all the time," she explained.

"You have to say yes, because you need to be grateful that you’re here. And while I still feel that way, I also have learned that I can say no, and I can say kindly that I’m having a day off, or I’m just trying to be to myself today, and I don’t actually have to perform all the time."

The Dune star expressed that she absolutely loves making films, but that the level of hyper-fame she has reached doesn't feel particularly sustainable — especially if she is to have children in the future.

"Because I don’t necessarily want my kids to have to deal with this," she said. "And what does my future look like? Am I going to be a public-facing person forever?"

While Z didn't mention Tom in her vision for children, the two have been in a serious relationship since at least 2021 (there were dating rumours about them since as far back as 2017, which they denied at the time, according to Harper's Bazaar). The two show no sign of slowing down when it comes to their romance.

Zendaya went on to describe her ideal future as one where she could "make things and pop out when I need to pop out, and then have a safe and protected life with my family, and not be worried that if I’m not delivering something all the time, or not giving all the time, that everything’s going to go away."

Essentially, she wants to be able to hone the craft she's so good at but still enjoy a semblance of normalcy. We're manifesting that for her!

I think someone who has beautiful charisma, not on the Dune cast, but I know personally, works for me, is Mr. Tom Holland."

Given that they rarely talk about one another so candidly, the sweet admission did not go unnoticed by fans. She continued: "I'm more shy and kind of quiet, so it takes a little bit more to pull me out of my shell. But he’s great at just talking to people and getting to know people. You see him and talk shows and stuff like that. He’s just naturally very good at that. Whereas for me, I’ve definitely had to pull it out of me a little bit. He’s got that natural gift."

One fan commented under the video on Instagram: "Z bringing Tom up unprompted in interviews I love how down bad both of them are for each other."

The Oxford University Press Word of the Year has been announced, and Tom Holland basically singlehandedly made it happen.

Oxford announced the Gen Z slang term "rizz" as its Word of the Year 2023.

Explaining the word, they wrote: "2023 marked the era of personal — and professional — PR. And what does it take to command attention? A whole lot of charisma, or the shortened form, 'rizz.'

"Pertaining to someone’s ability to attract another person through style, charm, or attractiveness, this term is from the middle part of the word 'charisma.'"

Tom, who is just on the cusp of Gen Z (he's really a younger millennial), obviously didn't need a definition when BuzzFeed asked him earlier this year if he considered himself to have any rizz.

"I have no rizz whatsoever. I have limited rizz. My brother Paddy has ultimate rizz," he said in a video interview.

"I don't know, I need you to fall in love with me, really, for it to work, so long game — probably making a movie with each other.

"It definitely helps when the characters you're playing are falling in love with one another, you can sort of blur the lines a little bit. That's kind of where my rizz is at.

"And, you know, I'm locked up, so I'm happy and in love, so I've got no need for rizz."

Rizz has been a very popular word for the young'uns this past year (see: a gazillion TikTok hits), but Oxford reports it hit a peak in June after Tom gave his iconic answer to that question.

Tom Holland has become a household name after landing the role of Peter Parker in the latest Spider-Man films. The actor took on the iconic character in 2017 in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and has starred in a number of MCU movies including Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.

While the 27-year-old has built a growing fanbase over the years thanks to his fun-loving and bubbly personality off screen, Tom has revealed that in private he has been making a number of changes to his lifestyle for the sake of his physical and mental health - one of those being quitting alcohol. 

In recent years a number of celebrities have spoken about their experiences with sobriety, and during an interview on Jay Shetty's podcast On Purpose, Tom opened up about why he decided to quit drinking. 

He said: "I didn’t one day wake up and say, 'I'm giving up drinking.' I just, like many Brits, had had a very, very boozy December. 

"[It was] Christmas time, I was on vacation, I was drinking a lot, and I’ve always been able to drink a lot. I think I get my genes from my mum’s side... I can drink. And I decided to just give [it] up for January."

Some may be familiar with Dry January, which involves avoiding alcohol after the festive season.

But this movement was difficult for the actor. 

He continued: "All I could think about was having a drink. That’s all I could think about. I was waking up thinking about it. I was checking the clock, when’s it 12 p.m.?

"It just really scared me. I just was like, 'Wow, maybe. Maybe I have a little bit of an alcohol thing.'

"So I sort of decided to punish myself and say, 'I’ll do February as well. I’ll do two months off. If I can do two months off, then I can prove to myself that I don’t have a problem.'"

Tom likened his withdrawal from alcohol as a 'punishment', but he soon feared there was a deeper issue underneath. 

He openly shared his fears, and said: "Two months go by and I was still really struggling. I felt like I couldn’t be social. I felt like I couldn’t go to the pub and have a lime soda. I couldn’t go out for dinner. I was really, really struggling and I started to really worry that maybe I had an alcohol problem."

Tom kept up his sobriety for six months, which was a turning point for him. 

He shared: "I said to myself, 'If I can do six months without alcohol, then I can prove to myself that I don’t have a problem.' 

"And by the time I got to June 1, I was the happiest I've ever been in my life.

"I could sleep better. I could handle problems better. Things that would go wrong on set, that would normally set me off, I could take in my stride. I had such better mental clarity. I felt healthier, I felt fitter.

"I just sort of said to myself, like, 'Why? Why am I enslaved to this drink? Why am I so obsessed by the idea of having this drink?'"

However, Tom's lifestyle changes has had an impact on other areas of his life, in particular socially as he felt he had to give up certain sports because of the drinking culture around select sports.

He said: "I just felt so much pressure, and this is one of the [reasons] why I’ve sort of distanced myself from the rugby community because so much of it is about how much can you drink. Let’s get you as drunk as possible.

"It’s honestly been the best thing I’ve ever done.”

Zendaya and Tom Holland are one of our favourite Hollywood couples. Although the pair tend to keep their relationship relatively private, Zendaya just gave us a rare insight during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Walking the red carpet at Euphoria's For Your Consideration event on Wednesday, the star spoke about what Tom Holland's support means to her.

"It's great to have that support and that love around you, because you need that," Zendaya said, referring to having Holland help her break away from playing such a heavy role in the hit American teen drama series. "This isn't an easy job so it's good to have that to free you up from it every now and then."

In the show, Zendaya plays the role of Rue, a student struggling to stay clean after getting out of rehab. The star also addressed when the next season of Euphoria could be released. Asked if it wouldn't be till 2024, Zendaya said, "I think that might be true. I honestly don't know, there's some executives that know better than me, you might want to ask them."

The actress looked as stylish as ever for her red carpet appearance, wearing a chic grey suit by Fear Of God. Zendaya paired the smart ensemble with Christian Louboutin's 'Kate' pumps and sparkling Bulgari jewellery. Tom Holland was not present at the event, but we love that Zendaya wasn't afraid to open up about their relationship.

The couple met back in 2016 while filming for Spider-Man: Homecoming, and although the pair have not confirmed when they started dating, they were spotted sharing a kiss in Holland's car back in 2021.
