James Middleton has been opening up about his family life lately.

In a new column for The Telegraph, James detailed what he gets up to in a day — and what life is like now that he and his wife Alizée Thevenet have welcomed their first child together, a boy named Inigo.

Describing what happens around 4 p.m. on a typical day, James wrote: "We'll often stop at my parents' house for tea or supper. My sisters and I are all within 30 minutes' drive, so there is often an aunt or a cousin passing through, too."

He went on to explain that his sister Princess Kate's children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, plus Pippa Middleton's kids Arthur, Grace and Rose, all love to help out with little Inigo.

"The cousins all play their role in looking after Inigo — there's seven of them altogether at the moment," Uncle James wrote. "I think they're all impressed at how much of a mess Inigo can make. But there's lots of laughter and giggles about."

On a heavier note, James — who has been vocal about the importance of mental health over the years — noted: "Even when I had my depression I recognised the importance of family, and rather than one person being burdened with it all, it’s shared. I think any challenge that a family goes through is one that brings them together."

James and Alizée tied the knot in 2021, and live on a farm in Berkshire. As well as Inigo, they currently share their home with six dogs — with James being a famous dog lover. But despite this full house, the James & Ella founder said he and Alizée aren't against the idea of having another child. "We’d love to expand the family, but it’s never straightforward," he wrote.

The Princess of Wales has been front and centre this summer, with the 42-year-old mother of three appearing to make a gradual return to royal life.

Princess Kate temporarily stepped back from public duties in 2024, recovering in private following the news of her cancer diagnosis . And while her treatment is still ongoing, the future Queen is reported to be making “good progress".

Royal experts have reported that Kate has been surrounded by a solid support network of loved ones during her recovery, with Carole Middleton, Prince William and the Wales children reportedly pulling out all the stops to care for her.

However, it is her sister Pippa Matthews, formerly Middleton, who is said to be one of Princess Kate's biggest supports, with royal experts crediting Matthews as the Princess of Wales' "backbone".

This was fully on display last weekend, with Matthews accompanying the Princess of Wales to her royal appearance at the Wimbledon Gentleman's Singles Final - Kate's second public appearance since her diagnosis.

"They were already genuinely best friends, but this gruelling year has seen them grow even closer," a source explained recently to The Daily Express. "Pippa has been something of an angel and backbone for Catherine.

"She's there at the drop of a hat, helping to pick up the slack on physical tasks when needed. But it's the emotional support she provides that is invaluable to Catherine.

Sources have even compared the bond of the Middleton sisters to that of the late Queen Elizabeth II and her sister Princess Margaret, with reports that Matthews will be selected as "Lady in Waiting" for her sister when Princess Kate becomes Queen.

"Like the bond shared between the Queen and Princess Margaret, they are genuinely best friends who understand each other and who Catherine can trust implicitly," the source continued. "And like Princess Margaret, Pippa is the more outgoing of the two sisters, but that only adds to her ability to support her sister in her royal role."

Pippa Middleton may be given this major title when Princess Kate becomes Queen

2024 has been a difficult year for the royal family, with both King Charles and the Princess of Wales diagnosed with cancer. And in order to focus on their respective recoveries, both senior royal family members have been forced to take a temporary step back from public duties, with heir to the throne Prince William having to step up.

“William and Kate had hoped to have several decades as Prince and Princess of Wales, and god willing they will still get them," a former royal courtier has reportedly noted via Cosmopolitan. "But what is interesting about the next few months is that William is being forced into a dry run at being king much sooner than he might have imagined such a thing would come to pass."

Amid Prince William's "dry run" as King, royal experts are looking at what the Mountbatten-Windsors would look like under the Prince and Princess of Wales, and whose roles would be promoted.

One family member who experts are predicting could receive a major title when William and Kate become King and Queen is Pippa Middleton.

The 40-year-old is expected to be elected as one of her sister's six "companions" - an age-old tradition in The Firm, with Queen Camilla recently choosing her sister Annabell Elliott as one of her own.

"I certainly think there could be a role for Pippa as a lady-in-waiting or companion type role," Royal expert Phil Dampier told Fabulous. "This needs to be someone the then Queen can trust and rely on, and who better than her sister?"

He continued: "Pippa has some commercial interests but I'm sure by the time Kate becomes Queen she would be happy to fulfil that role if required. It's not necessarily a full time job so she would be available."

Stressing the length of time it would be for title changes to happen, Dampier continued: "I can't see the Middletons getting any titles while Charles is King and I don't think they would want any. But when William becomes King and Kate becomes Queen things could change."

If you’ve seen them on the legs of your favourite celebrities, coaches and fitness influencers, you may be wondering about the benefits of ankle weights. Hailey Bieber, Lori Harvey, and Kendall Jenner are all reported to be fans, and according to our experts, for good reason - there are a fair few pros to incorporating ankle weights into your weekly workouts.

For the unacquainted, ankle weights are essentially weights - often small sandbags - which hug your ankles during physical activities or workouts. Similar to wrist weights, you’ll find them in various sizes and weights to accommodate different levels, and they tend to be adjustable, too.

As one MC UK staffer highlights in her ankle weights review, they’re nothing new – ankle weights have been used for decades in both clinical and fitness settings – but they are seriously effective and simple to use, which may explain why they’ve experienced an uptick in popularity of late. Personal trainer Aimee Victoria Long thinks this might have something to do with the global shift to home workouts. “During and after the pandemic, many people shifted towards home workouts and have been exploring different ways to make their workouts more efficient,” she explains. “Ankle weights provide a simple and convenient way to intensify lower body exercises without the need for bulky equipment.”

Fitness coach, ARVRA founder and ankle weights enthusiast Georgie Spurling agrees and adds that their increase in demand may also be down to a collective change in workout habits. “We've been seeing the return of Pilates exercises and 80s-style workouts this year, which go hand-in-hand with ankle weights,” she says. “As bodyweight, strength-based workouts build in popularity, ankle weights can provide an additional challenge.”

Some fitness coaches are more sceptical of ankle weights than others, but Spurling credits them with helping her build lower body and core strength. “I add them to my Pilates and barre workouts, and occasionally to yoga sessions, too,” she says.

Similarly, while more research certainly needs to be done, one study published in the Journal of Taibah University Medical Sciences found that those who worked out with ankle weights three times a week for 20 minutes or more "significantly improved" their waist circumference, body fat percentage and skeletal muscle percentage. Not bad.

How do you use ankle weights?

Ankle weights work by adding additional resistance to your lower body movements. “When you wear them during exercises such as walking, running, or even strength training exercises like lunges or leg lifts, they increase the workload on your leg muscles,” explains Long. “This added resistance helps to target and engage specific muscle groups more intensely, leading to increased strength and endurance over time.”

What are the benefits of using ankle weights?

1. They help to build lower body strength

There are thought to be several advantages to using ankle weights, explains Long. “Firstly, they can help in building lower body strength and muscle tone. By adding resistance to your leg movements, ankle weights increase the challenge for your muscles, leading to improved strength and definition over time," she shares.

Take this 2022 study, which concluded that wearing ankle weights can be an easy method for strengthening lower limbs in older people. Following a three-month trial where participants wore ankle weights while walking, results showed improvements in both lower limb and muscle strength.

2. They help to boost cardio endurance

“Ankle weights also help to improve cardiovascular endurance,” Long says. “When you wear them during activities like walking or jogging, your heart rate increases, allowing you to get a more effective cardiovascular workout.”

Not to mention research indicates that similarly to light resistance training with dumbbells, using ankle weights may decrease your risk of cardiovascular disease.

3. They can help to improve balance and stability

“Furthermore, ankle weights can aid in improving balance and stability,” Long says. “By adding weight to your ankles, your body needs to work harder to maintain balance, which can result in strengthened stabiliser muscles.”

4. They're accessible and cost-effective

There’s also the practicality element – ankle weights are compact, lightweight and often low-cost, so they’re accessible to many and can be used in a home or gym environment.

5. They're easy to use

Compared to other weights, like kettlebells and dumbbells, ankle weights are really simple to use. All you need to do is strap them on to your ankles or wrists and get moving.

Should I use ankle weights?

This will totally depend on your current fitness level, lifestyle, and goals. If you're a busy individual looking for a way to boost your home workouts, they'll likely be a great addition when used regularly and in sessions that challenge you and your body.

One important thing to note: they come in a range of weights, so it's important to opt for the weight that's best for you, your current fitness level, and the types of workouts you'll be using them for. If you'll be using them for daily walks, a lighter option (0.5-1lb) might be best suited. Pilates, on the other hand, lends itself well to slightly heavier weights (1lb-2lb).

As ever, do be mindful when incorporating new exercise styles into your routine, and make sure to chat with your GP or healthcare provider before using them if you tend to experience joint pain.

When you marry into another family, it can often lead to conflicts — not so with the Windsors and Middletons, according to one royal expert at least.

As Pippa Middleton celebrated her milestone 40th birthday on 6 September, various publications looked into the author and socialite's life and her relationships with various members of the Royal Family.

Apparently, Pippa is really close to older sister Kate, and she also loves brother-in-law Prince William, meaning family relations are super smooth on that side of the family.

"She [Pippa] has proved a loyal and discreet sister-in-law. And that goes a VERY long way in William’s book," explained Jennie Bond, speaking to OK!.

"But she also has the same easy manner and sense of humour that attracted him to Catherine in the first place."

Unfortunately, it's hard not to contrast Jennie's words about William and Pippa's relationship with what we know about where the Prince of Wales stands with his brother Prince Harry at the moment. The two brothers have been all but estranged since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to leave their royal roles, and things don't seem to be getting better.

As for Kate and her own sister, the two are apparently great friends — which won't come as a great shock considering Pippa was her older sibling's bridesmaid for her 2011 wedding.

"She and Catherine are extremely close; they chat as often as possible and meet whenever they can," Jennie revealed.

"They talk about everything, and I very much doubt that Catherine expects her sister to stand on ceremony when they are together.

"In public, of course, Pippa pays due respect to the future Queen, but I suspect they probably both find that sort of protocol quite funny."

While marrying into the Royal Family could have driven a wedge between the once-close sisters, Jenny believes there's a particular factor that helps Pippa not be intimidated by Kate's status.

"The fact that Pippa has married an extremely wealthy man, James Matthews, means that the relationship between the two sisters has remained quite a balanced one," Jennie observes.

Here's hoping William and Harry are able to reconcile in the near future!

Pippa Middleton and husband James Matthews have finally named their baby daughter.

The couple - who married in 2017 - welcomed their third child in June, and now just weeks later they have reportedly decided on a moniker.

According to the Daily Mail, Pippa, 38, and James, 46, have named their daughter Rose.

It has been said their baby's title is a nod to royal predecessors, and follows the same theme as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's child Lilibet, which is reportedly shortened to the flower, Lily.

Speaking about Pippa and James' baby's name, a source told the publication: "Rose has been the name of some royals across the centuries, including Mary Tudor, known as ‘Mary Rose’, Queen of France."

Pippa and James also have son Arthur, three, and daughter Grace - who was born in March 2021 - as well as newborn Rose.

It was previously reported Pippa gave birth to all three of her children in the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s hospital, which is also where the Duchess of Cambridge chose for the birth of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The couple have a busy year as they are planning to leave London, and are reportedly in the midst of moving house.

The duo have reportedly bought a multi-million pound home in Berkshire, which is where Pippa and her sister Kate Middleton - also known as the Duchess of Cambridge - grew up when they were younger.

The new place they are looking to move to will be just 20 minutes from their parents home in Bucklebury, which is ideal if ever they wish to call on Pippa's parents Carole and Michael Middleton to babysit their three children.

Their new humble abode reportedly fetches a hefty £15 million, and is a Georgian mansion, which boasts 30 rooms and 150 acres of land.

The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister, Pippa Middleton, married husband James Matthews on May 20, 2017, six years after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tied the knot.

Duchess Catherine decided against being a bridesmaid or maid of honour at her sister's ceremony, which took place at St. Mark's Church in Englefield, so not to "upstage her sister", royal correspondent Judy Wade told PEOPLE at the time.

Kate attended her sister's wedding, while her children Prince George and Princess Charlotte took on the important roles of pageboy and bridesmaid.

However, Meghan Markle was absent from the ceremony, and only attended in the afternoon so not to "overshadow" the event.

During this time Prince Harry had been dating the former Suits actor for five months, and it was already known they were in a relationship together.

According to Finding Freedom authors, Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, because royal fans were desperate to see the new couple together it was the sole reason why Meghan was not invited to the full day of celebrations.

The authors have also alleged Meghan - who has son Archie and daughter Lilibet with Harry - had bought her outfit for the wedding.

But after Pippa Middleton's figure, and pert posterior, was a huge headline around Kate's wedding, they thought the same focus would be on Meghan and her appearance, instead of the bride and groom.

They wrote: "Harry and Meghan agreed that she couldn't possibly turn up at the church, only 50 metres away from a specially arranged media pen, after such a crass cover story.

"If they worried their arrival might create a media circus despite taking every precaution, now they had no doubt that it would.

"Meghan's church outfit and Philip Treacy hat would have to be worn another time."

Harry attended the wedding ceremony solo, and was joined by Meghan later in the evening, although it has been claimed he had to drop his then girlfriend to a wedding guest's Airbnb before making his way to the church.

Meghan waited for Harry to return so they could have lunch together, prior to attending evening celebrations at the Middleton's family home, although they were separated once again due to the seating arrangement.

The book, which has seen segments published on the Daily Express, read: "Sitting together in the custom glass marquee that has been erected on the 18-acre property should have been a fun night for the couple, but, per Pippa's request, no couples sat together."

But the rule was not out of spite, and instead to encourage guests to mingle with one another.

From Kate Middleton to Kim Spears, the A-list crowds that Wimbledon draws each year are unlike any other sporting event. Forget the tennis (ok, maybe not completely) but it's the perfect place for people watching, we say. So keep scrolling for this years best dressed celebrities at Wimbledon.

In previous years, famous faces from Bradley Cooper to Kate Winslet have turned up to watch, donning their most stylish summer wares and making a lot of expressive gestures to show that they're totally into the match.

And of course, there are some hardcore fans of the sport out there too. Anna Wintour is famously obsessed with Roger Federer's game, Pippa Middleton rarely misses a tournament and anyone who's anyone wants to be in the Williams sisters' corner.

Kim Murray's centre parting often gets as much attention as the action on Centre Court (isn't her blowdry is almost as important to the game as the strawberries and cream?) and for the first time, she's bringing baby Sophia along to watch husband Andy.

This year's crowd has been peppered with big names, as everyone from Kate Middleton to Charli XCX and Pixie Geldof have been in attendance - the latter two of which popped up in the brilliantly fun evian Live Young suite, which has become a Wimbledon tradition in recent years.

The society wedding of the year has finally arrived and the Pippa Middleton wedding photos have started rolling in. The 33-year-old, who is marrying her hedge fund manager boyfriend James Matthews, has just arrived at St. Mark's Church in Englefield for her ceremony.

We've finally gotten a glimpse of Pippa Middleton's dress and it's nothing short of romantic. She arrived with her father at the church wearing a custom Giles Deacon gown, with lace capped sleeves and a keyhole back, alongside Manolo Blahnik shoes. She also opted for a veil by Steven Jones, held in place by a Maidenhair Fern tiara.

In an exclusive interview with Business of Fashion, Giles Deacon revealed what it was like working with the bride on her couture creation. He said, 'She has a great eye, she knew what she wanted.'

Her guests don't look too shabby either, with her royal sister Kate Middleton dressed in a chic Alexander McQueen (a bespoke creation by Sarah Burton, no less) and a whimsical floral fascinator adding a final touch.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte are all set to be their aunt's page boy and bridesmaid, and have been seen being ushered in by Kate on the way into the venue. Prince Harry and Prince George have also arrived for the big celebration, alongside the anxious groom James Matthews and his brother Spencer Matthews of Made in Chelsea fame.

After the ceremony, the wedding will move onto Pippa's family home in Berkshire where a gorgeous glass structure has been constructed in time for the reception. Over 300 guests are expected to attend and security measures have been beefed up in preparation for the big day.

It turns out, Alistair Bruce, Sky News’ royal correspondent, and Downton Abbey’s historical advisor introduced the two years ago.

‘She actually came on set with her brother James a few years ago and so I met her then, and then bumped into her at Wimbledon. They’re good fans of the show,’ Michelle told E! News. ‘You don’t really know who’s going to be there, so it was really special.’

One plays a lady, and the other is related to royalty, so they’re sure to have plenty of aristocratic things to discuss. Or perhaps they were running lines for Pippa’s guest appearance on the show. We can but dream, right?

She ‘never intended’ to gain global attention off the back of her, erm, backside

Pippa Middleton “never intended” for her Alexander McQueen bridesmaid dress to (almost) steal Kate Middleton’s wedding day thunder, she has revealed in her first ever TV interview.

'[The attention] was completely unexpected,' she told US channel NBC. 'You know, I think the plan was not really for it to be a significant dress. Really just to sort of blend in with the train.'

'I suppose it's flattering' she conceded before saying it was 'embarrassing' and 'not planned'.

Despite the fact that the gown made her famous around the world, Pippa revealed that she hasn’t yet been tempted to wear it again.

'It’s actually still in my wardrobe at home,” she revealed. 'I haven't worn it since. But I think I'll just keep it there...I think it's the sort of thing that I'm sure I'll bring out if someone wanted to see it or my children one day want to see it. Then I'll show them.'

Later in the interview, the party planner and author talked about her ‘normal, sisterly relationship’ with Kate and the ways that the Middleton family deal with life in the limelight. Watch the video in full, below.

Pippa Middleton is used to making headlines for her fashion choices - but we're guessing this isn't what she had in mind.

The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister chose a lace Tabitha Webb frock in a lovely jade colour for the annual Waitrose Summer Party on Thursday. Problem is, Lisa Snowdon turned up in a strikingly similar ensemble.

Though the TV presenter's dress was a shift style with a much shorter hemline, the two garments were the exact same shade of green. And to add injury to insult, both ladies accessorised with nude handbags and nearly identical pointy-toed courts.

Luckily, they seemed to have a sense of humour about the fashion face-off, as they happily chatted over champagne and posed for pictures together.

Though her boyfriend Nico Jackson was noticeably absent, Pippa, 30, had plenty of mates to keep her entertained. After the cocktail party, she joined her brother James Middleton, his girlfriend Donna Air and their friend Tom Kingston for a relaxed dinner at Trishna Indian restaurant.

Pippa Middleton has her sister to thank for her level of celebrity - but she also owes her fame to one specifc, body-hugging dress.

The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister opened up about life in the spotlight at the Women in Advertising and Communications Dinner on Tuesday night.

Pippa admitted she was quite nervous before the 2011 Royal Wedding, the event that thrust her into the spotlight, saying she couldn't sleep for two nights before the occasion. When the big day arrived, Pippa stepped out in her fitted Alexander McQueen bridesmaid dress that made her (and her bum) an instant celebrity.

'As I have found out, recognition has its upside, its downside and - you may say - its backside,' she joked at the dinner. She added that at the time, she was just happy the gown fit, but 'in retrospect maybe it fitted a little too well.'

This isn't the first time Pippa addressed the public's surprising reaction to her bum. In her 2012 party-planning book Celebrate, she dished about her most famous asset.

'It is a bit startling to achieve global recognition before the age of 30 on account of your sister, your brother-in-law and your bottom,' she wrote.

At last night's event, Pippa also spoke candidly about the disappointing reaction to her book, which only sold 18,000 copies. She described the experience as 'difficult.'

Somerset-based brand, Seven Boot Lane, also saw a huge jump in sales – with Pippa's £150 Alice boots now sold out. Some websites have listed 31 January as the back in stock date for the gorgeous grey suede boots, so keep your eyes peeled.

The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister sparked a backlash when a photograph of her posing with friends and over 50 dead pheasants and partridges at her feet emerged on Instagram. The girls, all smiling and wearing wellington boots, jeans or jodhpurs and Barbour jackets, were on a shooting trip at Gilmerton's Drum Estate.

Animal rights campaigners were more than disappointed with the image, while Queen guitarist Brian May said on Twitter that he 'struggled to understand the smiles in this picture'.

According to a friend of the couple's:

'Pippa loved seeing Kate go down the aisle and now it is her turn for a fairytale wedding.

'She couldn’t be more sure that Nico is the right man for her. They are such a good fit for each other and their families get on really well. Everyone is so happy for Pippa.'

The Mirror reports that Pippa and Nico are set to tie the knot next spring and that the couple are 'thrilled' at the prospect of marriage.

Pippa is 'designing a ring and planning a reception at the home of her parents,' and it's likely that the wedding will take place at a church.

Pippa and Nico allegedly got engaged during Wimbledon, where they were snapped looking cosy and stealing kisses as they watched the men's semifinals.

As to whether or not Duchess Kate will be a bridesmaid for her sister, 'it remains to be seen,' says a source close to Pippa.

'Everyone knows how close the sisters are but at this stage the final arrangements are a long way off. Pippa’s wedding will be a huge occasion but if Kate is bridesmaid it will be even more high-profile.'

Carole Middleton is also said to be '100 per cent' behind the engagment.

'One of the things Pippa likes most is the way Nico is so relaxed around her parents. They really like him,' the insider continued.

The pair were spotted holding hands, smiling and chatting as they strolled through Chelsea after a late-night supper on Friday.

Dressed to impress, Pippa Middleton showed off toned and tanned pins in a long-sleeved white dress - complete with daring full-length zip - and Tory Birch T-Bar sandals.

Meanwhile, Nico Jackson wore eye-catching red chinos, a white shirt and a blue blazer.

While snappers caught the pair on their evening stroll, Pippa and Nico clearly only had eyes for each other as they walked home hand-in-hand.

Pippa Middleton and Nico Jackson's Friday night outing comes amid reports the couple are closer than ever, and starting to get serious.

One friend of the couple said last month: 'An engagement is definitely on the cards.’

Meanwhile, it's thought Nico has met both Prince William and Kate Middleton - as well as Pippa's parents Carole and Michael, and brother James - and was even invited to meet royal baby Prince George at Kensington Palace.

Just days after the birth, the Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister was spotted arriving at the Palace with her boyfriend Nico Jackson to see her new baby nephew at an intimate celebration held by William and Kate at their London home.

Pippa Middleton and boyfriend Nico Jackson looked in high spirits as they stepped out on a Wimbledon date this afternoon, taking up seats in the royal box to watch the men's semifinals.

The couple were spotted laughing and giggling - and even leaning in for a sneaky smooch - as they waited for the afternoon match to start, from their prime seats at the All England Club.

A firm tennis fan, Pippa has already been spotted overseeing the sporting action once this week - with brother James for company.

Showing off yet another style hit, Pippa Middleton wowed in a £375 orange Alexis Striped Dress by British design darling Alice Temperley, teamed with a Coach Mini Tanner handbag and nude wedge heels.

The pretty piece, reduced from £750 in label's summer sale, is still available online - but we doubt it will be around for long!

Meanwhile, Pippa's boyfriend Nico Jackson wore chinos, a white shit, tie and navy jacket.

After making their way to their seats the tennis got underway, Pippa and Nico seemed only to have eyes for each other, after they were spotted sharing a private joke and chatting intently - even leaning in for a kiss.

The pair began dating back in February, and have been spotted out and about at several London events in recent months.

Pippa Middleton and her brother James have shown their support for the 2013 Tennis Championships, rocking up to Centre Court at Wimbledon this afternoon.

The siblings laughed and chatted through Eugenie Bouchard's first match, smiling for the cameras and clearly having a fabulous time on the very first day of the tennis season.

Kate Middleton and her sister Pippa are regulars at Wimbledon, with Pippa even revealing that the pair used to queue in the early hours of the morning to secure the best seats.

She wrote in Vanity Fair this month: 'I first went to Wimbledon when I was eight years old and already a very keen tennis player. During this first trip I acted on my childish tennis dreams and bought myself a postcard of the women’s championship trophy, on which I wrote, ‘I will win this one day,’ with my signature below.'

She added: 'Queuing from 5am on People’s Sunday in 2004 with my sister for three hours and getting £35 tickets on Centre Court – my first time ever, when rain had forced the championships to open up for an extra day to clear the backlog.

'Seats were a free-for-all and I recall almost tripping over myself trying to get as close as possible to my birthday twin – British hero Tim Henman.'

The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge was noticeably absent from today's events – Kate, whose first baby is due next month – will be missing out on Wimbledon and any other royal events until the royal baby is born. It's likely that the next time we see her will be when she stands outside the St Mary's Hospital with her newborn.

Pippa made up for her sister's absence in the royal box with a killer outfit – a blue dress and matching jacket by French designers, Sandro.

While the Duchess of Cambridge christened the Royal Princess, her little sister and mum Carole attended the AEGON Championships in London

Pippa Middleton managed to steal the spotlight away from her royal sister yesterday, by rocking up to the AEGON tennis tournament in London with her mum Carole.

While the heavily-pregnant Duchess of Cambridge christened the Royal Princess cruise liner in Southampton wearing a £169 Hobbs dalmation print coat, Pippa rocked a low-key bright green knitted dress and cardigan from Cashmere by Tania, and looked stunning as she sat with her mum during the match.

She teamed her outfit with a black and green bag from Bally and gold and amethyst drop earrings from Davina Combe Jewellery. The socialite's boyfriend Nico Jackson was nowhere to be seen, and instead Pippa took her mum Carole along to watch Andy Murray on the court.

Excited spectators took to Twitter to announce Pippa's arrival, and all eyes were on Kate Middleton's little sister as she clapped and giggled her way through the game at the Queen's Club in London.

Pippa, who's a regular at Wimbledon, recently wrote a guide to tennis season in a column for Vanity Fair magazine. The 29-year-old revealed how she once queued from the early hours with her famous sister to try and secure tickets for Centre Court.

James Middleton and girlfriend Donna Air looked closer than ever as they hit a star-studded party in London last night.

The pair were spied cosying up at the Johnnie Walker Blue Label bash, held at exclusive Mayfair nightspot, Mr Fogg's.

James Middleton and Donna Air were joined at the party by songstress Rita Ora, who yesterday confirmed her first fashion collaboration, and models Jourdan Dunn and Olivia Inge.

But all eyes were on the star couple, who barely left each others sides all night.

Donna, who wore a slinky black dress for the occasion, was spotted laughing and joking with her beau, who even patted the TV personality on the bottom as they made their way across the room.

They also posed for photos during the evening, and seemed happy to mingle with guests.

James and Donna are fast becoming one of London's hottest new couples, after a string of appearances at exclusive launches and events.

And it seems Donna's been busy settling into the Middleton family, too, with insiders saying she's become 'very close' to James's sister Pippa Middleton.

A close pal told The Sunday People: 'They have cosy suppers and chat about organic cooking and their mutual love of good food.'

A separate source added that it is early days for the pair yet, and only time will tell if they remain friends for good.

‘There’s no denying the girls are from different castes,’ another source told the Daily Mail.

‘But they’re also very different women. Only time will tell if that’s a good thing.’

It's thought Donna is yet to meet Kate Middleton, but insiders believe it is 'only a matter of time'.

Kate Middleton's Baby Shower Is Royal Family First

The Duchess Of Cambridge will be treated to a dummy-shaped cake and Jo Malone treats, all approved by the Queen

Kate Middleton might be a member of the royal family, but that doesn't mean she'll miss out on the fun tradition of a baby shower while she awaits the arrival of her first child.

Pippa Middleton is said to be busy planning a party for the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge, which will include a cake in the shape of a dummy, baked especially for the occasion by her brother, James.

The whole family will be present at the baby shower, which is likely to be held at the Middleton family home in Berkshire. Although, the invitations and the specified location are being kept a closely-guarded secret.

A friend of the royal tells The Sun: "It isn’t royal tradition but Kate isn’t a traditional Royal."

While most will assume that the Queen isn't on board with introducing the new tradition of a baby shower, reports say that Pippa's party plans have already been given the royal seal of approval.

The friend adds: "Prince Harry, Kate and William are the Royal Family’s link to the younger generation. A baby shower wouldn’t normally happen if you’re in the Royal Family, but there is now a modern way of thinking.

"It will be a great day for everyone and Kate is doing this with the blessing of the Queen."

Guests at the event will reportedly be given goody bags which will include candles and a variety of gifts from Jo Malone and The White Company.

The source says: "She is modern and wants a normal life."

The Duchess has just weeks until she welcomes her little one, and will spend the next few days heavily involved in the Queen's Coronation celebrations, which include a service at Westminster Abbey on Tuesday.

Pippa Middleton could be joined by her whole family in her move to New York, if the latest rumours are anything to go by.

Just days after it was revealed the youngest Middleton sister was thinking about a move stateside to promote her parents' Party Pieces business, it seems the rest of her family are now thinking about joining her.

It's thought the potential US move has been prompted by overseas interest in their children's party website, which began after the royal wedding last year.

'It has prompted the Middletons to look at establishing an office in the U.S. so that they can bolster their brand and even tie into other companies and ventures,' one insider told the New York Daily News.

'They feel New York offers them a good starting point.'

Now it seems that when Pippa Middleton was spotted viewing properties in New York last year, she was actually scouting out an office space for the growing business, not a home for herself.

A source told Mail Online at the time: ‘When Pippa was here a few weeks ago, she went into a building on East 57th street and had a meeting with a high-end realtor who was planning sales for a mega property in the city.’

The family may be planning to move their business to the next level, but insiders say Pippa Middleton and her parents are treading extremely carefully, so they don't attract any unwanted attention to royal daughter Kate.

'The Middletons have been extremely careful not to upset Buckingham Palace by seemingly trading off Kate’s link to royalty,' the source added.

'They are adamant they will never trade off Kate’s royal links to get ahead in the business.'

Eagle-eyed snappers spotted Pippa chatting to presenter Phillip Schofield and chef Heston Blumenthal, while she was also pictured with two members of the Made In Chelsea cast.

Pippa Middleton dressed down to join stars for lunch in London yesterday - but what do you think of her look?

Pippa Middleton is no stranger to a style hit, having stepped out in a string of designer dresses and fashion forward pieces in recent months.

But the royal sister rocked a super low-key look for a star-studded lunch in London yesterday, and we can't say we're overly impressed.

Arriving at the event, a Vanity Fair luncheon attended by the likes of Tom Ford, Julian Fellowes and Jemima Khan, Pippa Middleton sent snappers outside into a photo frenzy.

And while they we're clearly excited by her presence, we can't say we feel the same about her style.

The brunette beauty wore a printed pencil skirt, silk shirt and contrasting blazer for the occasion, teamed with statement stiletto heels.

But having seen her carry off a pair of printed Temperley trousers with aplomb over the weekend, her outfit left us a little underwhelmed.

Sources say Pippa has wasted no time in getting to know James Middleton's new leading lady, and has struck up a friendship with the Geordie blonde.

It's thought Pippa Middleton and boyfriend Nico Jackson have been enjoying cosy evening's in with James and Donna at the posh Chelsea pad they share.

But Donna Air has yet to meet James's other sibling, Kate Middleton, due to the pregnant Duchess's busy schedule.

A close pal of Donna told The Sunday People: 'They have cosy suppers and chat about organic cooking and their mutual love of good food.'

The insider continued: 'Donna hasn’t met Kate and Wills yet as they are busy with official duties and preparing for the arrival of the royal baby. But the relationship is developing quickly so it’s only a matter of time.

The insider added that uncle-to-be James is great with Donna's 6-year-old daughter, Freya.

'James is great with Freya. Donna wouldn’t consider being with a man who wasn’t good with kids. Pippa really admires Donna’s strength as a single mum.'

James Middleton, 26, and Donna Air, 33,r have reportedly been dating in secret 'for months' after meeting at a party thrown by mutual pal Princess Eugenie at No5 Hertford Street in Mayfair.

Following their meeting, mum-of-one Donna is thought to have invited James to join her at celebrations for the 44th birthday of New York socialite Heather Kerzener, before they quickly announced the relationship to friends.

A source revealed: ‘It’s still early days but James thinks she’s great. They’ve been out together to a few places – but they always choose discreet restaurants where they are less likely to get spotted.’

Pippa Middleton hit the town last night as sister Kate Middleton wowed at the National Portrait Gallery just a few miles away.

Pippa dressed down in skinny jeans, a chic navy blazer by Beulah London and matching heels for a Mayfair dinner date at Le Caprice with her friend Tom Kingston.

On the other side of town the Duchess of Cambridge was causing chaos as the public lined up to see her arrive at the National Portrait Gallery to celebrate the 11th anniversary of charity The Art Room.

Pippa Middleton did her bit for charity yesterday with a visit to the Mary Hare School for deaf children in Newbury, near her home in Berkshire.

As her older sister, Kate Middleton, was up in Manchester launching a new school counselling service on the Wythenshawe housing estate, Pippa was opening a new £2million boarding house facility.

KATE MIDDLETON WEARS ERDEM FOR VISIT TO MANCHESTER

Looking suitably regal in a tweed two-piece suit, Pippa, 29, posed for photographs and chatted with pupils at the school for profoundly and severely deaf children and young people.

Pippa became an ambassador for the charity after hearing about its work through a family friend.

During her visit, Pippa said: 'It gives me great pleasure to be a supporter of Mary Hare and make a difference to the lives of deaf children. I wanted to help out, because this is a local charity close to my family's home and I have been charmed by the inspiring children that attend, not least for their charismatic and heart-warming attitude to life.'

Pippa Middleton's first foray into the literary world didn't quite go according to plan, and now, after the disappointing sales of Celebrate, the Duchess of Cambridge's sister has parted ways with her agent.

Her guide to home entertaining and party planning received poor reviews, and sales were not what publisher Penguin had predicted. Before Christmas, the price was slashed from £25 to just £6.25 by WH Smith in a bid to shift more copies.

Ms Middleton reportedly received a £400,000 advance for the book, about which she said: 'This book is designed to be a comprehensive guide to home entertaining, based on my experience in my family's party business, Party Pieces, and work for London-based events company, Table Talk.

PIPPA MIDDLETON'S STYLE EVOLUTION

'It is a useful and practical journey into British-themed occasions and I hope it offers welcome inspiration and ideas, most of which needn't leave you alarmingly out of pocket.'

Now her literary agent, David Godwin, has confirmed he won't be working with Pippa again. he told the Daily Mail: 'I am very sorry it has happened, but yes, it is true: I no longer represent Pippa and I wish her every good luck.'

Pippa will continue with her literary career when she starts writing a column called Pippa's Friday Night Feasts for Waitrose Kitchen magazine in April.

Fresh from taking part in a 45-km cross country ski marathon, Pippa, 29, looked ultra-chic in a camel coloured cape by Somerset by Alice Temperley for John Lewis and black knee high boots as she ran errands in the capital.

Pippa Middleton is happy to take her romance with Nico Jackson public after being photographed with the stokebroker in the Swiss resort

Pippa Middleton has been photographed kissing her new boyfriend Nico Jackson in the Swiss ski resort of St Moritz.

The couple, who have been dating since earlier this year, seemed totally loved up and didn't care who knew about it.

Pippa, 29, and Nico, a 35-year-old stokebroker for Deusche Bank, were in St Moritz to complete the Engadin Marathon.

Cheered on by her family,Pippa finished the race in 2:48 hours, coming in half an hour behind her brother James, and promptly smooched beau Nico on the finish line.

The sporty younger sister of Kate Middleton, told reporters that she found the cross country marathon a breeze, saying: 'I’m not tired at all.'

To be fair, the 45-km race was probably a relative walk in the park compared to the 56-mile marathon Pippa completed in Sweden last year.

Kate Middleton’s life as a royal may force her to make strategic style choices including covering up her cleavage and sporting longer hem lines, but according to the Duchess’ go-to designer, Katherine Hooker, she’s always dressed that way.

SANDI TOKSVIG: KATE MIDDLETON HAS ‘NO OPINIONS’

The designer, who has been dressing the royal long before she married Prince William, told The Huffington Post: ‘Her [Kate Middleton] style was fairly appropriate for the role that she’s currently in ten years ago, so it didn't need to change.’

And neither has Kate’s choice of designers!

Pippa Middleton’s style also mimics her sister’s with the designer adding: ‘Pippa’s [style is] also pretty conservative and classic.’ And equally as photo worthy too.

But the Middleton’s support of British fashion isn’t a recent development; as Katherine reveals Kate has always chosen to wear local labels and does not receive any free clothes from designers.

Katherine said: ‘She doesn’t take free clothes, and I’ve heard that from other people who sent her things. She always comes to the shop, which is nice. And we've sent her a few things when she didn’t have time to come in.’

Pippa Middleton has bagged herself a brand new job… but what is it?

Pippa Middleton's first foray into publishing wasn't particularly successful, after sales of her entertaining book Celebrate fell flat. But now she's going to try her hand at something new, after landing her very own column in Waitrose's monthly magazine.

According to reports, the youngest Middleton sister will suggest 'casual dining ideas and recipes' in the piece, titled Pippa's Friday Night Feasts.

MEET PIPPA MIDDLETON'S NEW MAN!

Pippa's first column will be printed in the April issue of the magazine, and already she has revealed she 'can't wait,' to get started.

'I'm delighted to be writing for Waitrose Kitchen, a magazine that's always been a source of inspiration to me for its extensive spectrum of food and beautiful style,' Pippa Middleton said of her new career move.

'My column will be an exciting opportunity to share my own passion and enthusiasm for food and entertaining.'

William Sitwell, editor of Waitrose Kitchen, said he couldn't be more delighted to have the royal sister on board, explaining she will be an 'excellent contributor to the magazine, bringing with her a wealth of experience of entertaining'.

He added: 'Readers will love her relaxed and easy entertaining ideas, which will help with the preparation for all sorts of occasions.'

But will Pippa's new job bring her back down to earth with a bump?

The lucky Middleton has spent the last few weeks jet-setting around the world, first with her family, and then a gaggle of pals.

First stop, was the island of Mustique, where Pippa joined pregnant sister Kate Middleton, Prince William and her parents for a relaxing break.

The family stayed in one of the island's sprawling villas, which reportedly came complete with 64-foot infinity pool, a sun deck, games room and stunning views out onto the sea.

Next up was a skiing trip to the swanky Swiss resort of Zermatt, where she was spied smooching new bay Nico Jackson on the slopes.

Kate Middleton's baby bump has been at the centre of attention over the last few days, after the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge was snapped sunning herself on a private beach in Mustique.

Now it seems it's sister Pippa Middleton's turn to take the limelight, after pictures of her holding hands with a mystery man have emerged.

KATE MIDDLETON BIKNI PICTURES PUBLISHED BY AN ITALIAN MAGAZINE

Italian magazine Chi, which also published the controversial pictures of pregnant Kate Middleton showing off her newly rounded figure in a bikini, are reported to have printed the photos, which show Pippa walking hand-in-hand with a mystery man on the beach.

In several shots, which show the youngest Middleton sister in a striped bikini, Pippa and her man are joined by her sister James.

Although the Middleton family's holiday island of Mustique is privately owned and paparazzi are banned, it seems eagle-eyed snappers managed to catch a handful of long-lens shots of the family as they relaxed on holiday.

Although the British media have declined to print the private photos, it's thought several magazines around the world have bought the rights, paying up to £100,000 for a series of the snaps.

Yesterday, Alfonso Signorini editor of Italian magazine Chi, the first publication to print the holiday shots, defended the magazine's controversial decision.

She said: ‘You cannot talk of a violation of privacy when we are publishing pictures taken in a public place in the open air such as a beach, where there are other swimmers.

‘In any case the Italian press doesn’t have a gentleman’s agreement with the [British] royal family.

‘It’s about a serene moment between a loving couple, smiling. Where is the scandal?’

Australian title Women's Day, who also caused a scandal with they printed private photos of Prince William and Kate Middleton on honeymoon, also announced plans to print the photos.

Ignoring the fact that William and Kate are holidaying on a private island, Editor Fiona Connolly said: ‘She is on a public beach and she was mingling with holiday makers. There are other holiday makers in the photos.

She added: ‘I think the British are very sensitive about this.

‘As Australians, we see this every day. We see pregnant women in bikinis on the beach – and a public one at that – so we are a lot less sensitive here in Australia.’

Kate Middleton has made no secret of the fact that she's a fan of the high street. So it came as no surprise to spot the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge hitting the shops in a Zara cape.

Continuing on her hunt for chic maternity wear, the royal indulged in some retail therapy in West London over the weekend, browsing a local footwear shop.

KATE MIDDLETON TO SHOW OFF BABY BUMP AT OFFICIAL CHARITY ENGAGEMENT

Putting her morning sickness scare behind her, Kate Middleton looked the picture of health as she visited the shoe store, in a billowing grey checked Zara cape, black leggings and Really Wild Seville suede boots in chocolate.

With her glossy locks pulled back in a ponytail, the smiling Duchess showed off her pregnancy glow, looked in excellent spirits.

Kate's burgeoning baby bump was just visible beneath her clothes.

Just last week, Kate Middleton was spotted scouring the rails in high street store Gap, on the hunt for maternity jeggings.

The Duchess was joined by sister Pippa Middleton for the outing, at swanky London shopping destination King's Road, with onlookers revealing Kate was accompanied by minimum security, and seemed happy to browse.

One onlooker told The Telegraph: ‘Everyone in the store seemed to recognise her, but they gave her space and privacy to shop.’

Kate Middleton at centre of Romanian ad storm as they launch tongue-in-cheek campaign

Kate Middleton’s name has been used by a Romanian website to take a swipe at Britain

Kate Middleton’s name is currently at the centre of controversy after Romanian news site Gandul shared posters with the slogan: ‘Half of our women look like Kate. The other half, like her sister.’

The advert forms part of a campaign created in the backlash of talks in Britain over the high number of Romanian migrants coming to the UK. The Government have reportedly been considering a negative publicity campaign aimed at dissuading Romanians from coming into the country once labour market restrictions are lifted later this year. A separate advert mocks the British love of immigrating to France, carrying the words: ‘We speak better English than anywhere you’ve been to in France.’

KATE MIDDLETON SPOTTED SHOPPING FOR MATERNITY JEGGINGS

The poster campaign continued to mock Britain dismissing it as a place with ‘bad weather, no jobs and no houses.’

They even joked about our transport system’s inability to cope when it snows, as another ad read: ‘Our air traffic controllers have seen snow before and they were unimpressed.’

Gandul’s ad campaign creative director, Mihai Gongu, justified the posters, telling The Independent that people will learn that Romanians are ‘nice friendly and welcoming, and not "all beggars and thieves."'

Kate Middleton has started her hunt for hot maternity wear and the high street was her first stop

Kate Middleton has become a fashion force thanks to her ability to look flawless is a fusion of both high street and designer items, and it appears her maternity wear will be no different. Over the weekend the Duchess of Cambridge was seen picking up a pair of maternity jeggings in Gap.

After a serious spout of morning sickness, that saw Kate admitted to hospital, the Duchess is now well enough to get started on the putting her maternity wardrobe together.

Kate and sister Pippa Middleton hit their fave shopping destination, King’s Road, Chelsea, this weekend and raided the rails for chic maternity wear. One bystander witnessed Kate Middleton pick up a pair of maternity jeggings in Gap.

KATE MIDDLETON ACCEPTS HONOARY MEMBERSHIP AT WIMBLEDON

The onlooker told The Telegraph: ‘Everyone in the store seemed to recognise her, but they gave her space and privacy to shop.’

After a few tugs of the stretchy fabric Kate focused her attention on her growing bump’s needs, heading to BabyGap before leaving the store.

Pippa Middleton ignores plummeting book sales to launch Dutch edition in a £450 dress

Pippa Middleton pulled out all the stops in purple to plug her tome, Celebrate, in Holland

Pippa Middleton remains undeterred by sliding sales of her book, Celebrate in the UK and last night she embarked on a new promotional run as she launched the entertaining guide in Holland.

PIPPA MIDDLETON TO BOOST BOOK SALES WITH EUROPEAN TOUR

For her Dutch debut Pippa stunned in a silk purple dress from Beulah London customised from their spring/summer collection adding on long sleeves. The royal relative continued the purple theme wearing the shade on her nails and a light plum colour on her lips.

She finished things off with suede pumps in the same hue but followed her sister, Kate Middleton’s lead with a half up hair do, gentle fringe and a wide smile.

Before posing for photos, Pippa met with booksellers at an intimate Christmas drinks party in Amsterdam followed by an evening out in the city.

PIPPA MIDDLETON VISITS KATE IN HOSPITAL

The Dutch launch comes in the wake of less than impressive sales of the book, with some retailers forced to slash the price by 75 per cent. WHSmith are currently running an offer on Pippa’s book that sees the price reduced to £6.25 from the original price of £25.

It’s hoped book sales will gain momentum ahead of Christmas and that the European market will also heavily inflate the publisher, Penguin’s profits.
