With that in mind, it's "hard for him to be tied down. He feels relieved to have some independence [and is] very comfortable with his life right now."

Ben has apparently learned a lot from his last serious relationship, and is hoping not to repeat those mistakes moving forward.

"In the future, he’ll be more cautious. He’s much more centered and reflective now."

A source told the publication that Ben is 'doing well' and 'slowly moving into his new home', adding: "He's where he wants to be: close to his kids and in a neighbourhood that he loves. He enjoys working too, and is very focused on the positives."

Another source added that while J-Lo is looking 'forward' and feels 'fortunate', she is finding things 'difficult' and there remains some 'bitterness'. They claimed: "She’s surrounded by family, friends and her kids... [she] always manages to have a positive outlook. The divorce is difficult for her, but she always finds a way to move forward."

In an article published by the magazine last week, a separate source claimed: "It’s really hit her hard. She’s very upset and disappointed with Ben."

As per the official court documents, J-Lo has listed the date of their separation as 26th April and according to TMZ, the papers confirm that the couple did not sign a prenup before getting married.

Though Jennifer doesn't appear to have found a new home yet, TMZ has previously reported that she wants to.

In June, news broke that Bennifer were selling their marital home in Beverly Hills, bought just last year, with the impressive mansion becoming publicly listed a few weeks later. JLo and Ben - who married in 2022 after Ben proposed earlier in the year - have frequently spoken out about their relationship journey, even if it makes Ben feel slightly uncomfortable. 

The latest insight the Ain't Your Mama hitmaker has given us into her marriage with the Gone Girl actor is around their blended family and parenthood. 

The 53-year-old singer and actor has 15-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Ben has Samuel, Seraphina and Violet with former partner Jennifer Garner. 

The Maid in Manhattan star has found the teenage years "challenging". 

Speaking about parenting her teenagers on Live with Kelly and Mark, JLo said: "It's almost five teenagers.  The younger is 11, so he's not quite, but pre-teen. He's an angel.

"But the teenage years are tough. It's challenging. You have this baby for a while and then it's like, your best little friend who loves being with you all the time, and then all of a sudden it's like, 'Get out of my room.'"

"It's a time when they are individuation, and they are challenging everything you say and everything you do and everything you are, and that's what it is. And you have to kind of just ride the waves.

"I feel like it's surfing. I'm riding the waves, and then it's like, 'Oops, I just got knocked over!' Now, I'm back, I'm back!"

Jennifer believes mothers do have a harder time parenting than dads. 

She continued: "I think it's particularly hard on mums, because they always love dad, they're always like, 'Dad's the best!' — and I was like that with my dad too. And my mom told me, and I'll say it to you right now, on TV in front of everybody. I understand you so much more now."

JLo reflected on her parenting skills, in comparison to her mums, and has hinted she is a little more relaxed. 

She explained: "I'm just a little bit looser. I think my mom, for a long time, was a stay-at-home mom, and I've always been a working mom, so that right there is a very different thing.  And also she was 20 years old — by the time she was 26, she had 3 kids.

"So she was kind of a kid raising kids. And I had my kids when I was 38, so I had them much later, so I was more of an adult at that time.  We kind of grew up together."

"She works out. I work out too but I don’t magically appear to be twenty years old, you know what I mean, with perfect skin and the whole thing."

Ben continued to praise JLo's work ethic too, which Jen has previously credited to her "humble beginnings". 

He said: "There’s no taking away of the work ethic, the work ethic is real, the discipline is real, but also the superhuman thing is real. She’s the most gorgeous woman in the world, she looks spectacular." We couldn't agree more. 

While Ben, 50, is complimentary about his partner, he isn't so kind to himself. 

Asked what he thinks the Maid in Manhattan star would change about him, he said: "She would probably want to cultivate brevity in the way I speak. I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I go on and on and on. I talk in circles. She’s never said that to me but that would be my guess."

"I want to say thank you. I love you. You mean the world to me. You’re fabulous, you’re amazing, you’re wonderful, good, kind, magnificent and I love you."

When Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck announced that they were rekindling their romance almost twenty years after they called off their wedding, the noughties nostalgia was real. 

After meeting on the set of Gigli, Bennifer got engaged in late 2002 before going public with their relationship the following year.

However, days before their September 2003 wedding, they called it off due to 'excessive media attention'. Months later, they announced they were going their separate ways, with J-Lo going on to marry Marc Anthony in 2004 - with whom she shares two children - and Ben going on to wed Jennifer Garner in 2005, and they welcomed three children together. 

But that wasn't the end for J-Lo and Ben, who reunited in 2021 and married last year in a Las Vegas ceremony. 

While fans have enjoyed watching their romance blossom for a second time, J-Lo's comments about why she initially called off their big day have resurfaced. 

During an interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music, the Marry Me star opened up about her 2002 album This Is Me, and why the pair decided to split almost two decades ago. 

She explained: "That album, This Is Me... Then, really captured a time where I fell in love with the love of my life. And I just, it's all right there on the record. Every single song we wrote, me writing Dear Ben, it was such a special moment in time to have captured."

After their split, J-Lo said she was unable to sing songs from the album, adding: "I wouldn't even perform these records. It was so painful after we broke up."

Discussing the break-up, she continued: "Once we called off that wedding 20 years ago, it was the biggest heartbreak of my life, and I honestly felt like I was going to die."

But she also added that, despite their separation: "True love does exist and some things do last forever. And that's real. I want to put that message out to the world."

The Grammys 2023 buzz is still going strong thanks to some historical celebrity moments - whether it was Beyoncé's incredible wins, making her the biggest Grammy winner of all time, or Harry Styles and Taylor Swift's sweet reunion. 

Oh, and then there was this iconic Lizzo moment which her fans are absolutely living for. 

But one A-lister that got some unexpected attention on social media was none other than Ben Affleck. The actor attended the 65th Grammys Award ceremony in LA with his wife, Jennifer Lopez, and while J-Lo was spotted dancing, smiling and having a great time, Ben once again got the meme treatment thanks to his rather unimpressed and unenthused facial expressions. 

Twitter was awash with clips of the Gone Girl actor looking glum, sparking the Bored Affleck meme to add to his library of viral moments (think Stressed Affleck smoking in a doorway, Dunkin Donuts Affleck struggling with his takeaway order, and Sad Affleck looking blankly into the distance during an interview with Henry Cavill). 

However, eagle eyed viewers also noticed that there was a moment between Ben and J-Lo that appeared a little tense. 

The clip, which is currently circulating online, shows Ben whispering something to his wife, with J-Lo appearing a little irked and mouthing something back before he quickly adjusts his posture and sits up before they realise they're on camera. 

Fans were quick to comment on the clip, with one saying: "HER FACE WHEH SHE SAW THE CAMERA LOL."

Another added: "The camera men at the Grammys deserve extra pay. They got all the good shots."

Now, a lip reader has told the Daily Mail what they think the couple were saying to one another. 

They told the publication that J-Lo said: "Stop. Look more friendly. Look motivated."

Ben reportedly replied: "I might."

J-Lo and Ben have not commented publicly about the speculation just yet, but some fans believe that the moment has been blown out of proportion. 

One wrote: "I think he was just flirting with her and she told him to quit it."

Without giving away too many spoilers, J.Lo and her on-screen soon-to-be husband Josh Duhamel - who plays Tom - run off to a beautiful remote island to get married, only for it to get interrupted by gunmen. 

We see a snippet of this action in the trailer.  But what we don't see is the near-death experience that went on behind the scenes. 

According to the Love Don't Cost A Thing hitmaker - who married husband Ben Affleck in July 2022 after rekindling their relationship after 20 years - she "almost went over a cliff" while filming a stunt for the action rom-com. 

In a game of "Who's Who?", the cast were asked "Who's most likely to nail a stunt on the first take?"

Speaking about the moment to Buzzfeed, the 53-year-old actor and singer said: "Me and Josh got pretty good at it."

To which Josh, 50, quipped: "I don't know if I've nailed anything on the first take."

J.Lo continued: "Really? I feel like we got pretty good. Especially when we were handcuffed together and we had to do all that crazy stuff.

"Except for the one time I almost went over the cliff. That wasn't fun." 

J.Lo's cast didn't know this happened, so urged the pair to share more details. 

The Maid in Manhattan star explained: "So, you know how in that scene where my dress was caught on the wheel? One time it got caught in the wheel, and I was going over, and I'm looking at Josh. I'm like, 'Josh, Don't let me go, please!'

"He's like, 'I got you! You go, we go!' 

"Scary as f**k."

The production was filmed in stunning Dominican Republic setting, which Josh hailed as "One of the most beautiful places in the world."

Jennifer not only stars in the movie, but she also co-produced the production, which also stars Jennifer Coolidge, Sonia Braga, Cheech Marin, Lenny Kravitz, and more.

And Josh thoroughly enjoyed working beside J.Lo, as he hailed her a "boss."

Speaking previously to People, about his co-star, and the movie, he said: "I had one of the most fun times ever.

"J.Lo is, like, a...she is a boss. In the best way.

"It's [a] funny bonkers movie."

And if you were a teenager during this culturally significant era, chances are that you watched the MTV VMAs and witnessed Madonna, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera's iconic Like A Virgin performance before sending shocked 'OMGs' to your friends on MSN messenger.

Jennifer Lopez has confirmed rumours that she was originally planning to join Britney and Madonna for the number, but was unable to make it work due to scheduling conflicts. 

During a chat with E! News about her upcoming movie Armed Marriage, J-Lo was joined by Josh Duhamel when she was asked about whether or not she was supposed to be on the stage that night. 

She replied: "That was actually true. I was filming a movie in Canada, we had met - me, [Madonna] and Britney to do it - at her home, and then I just couldn't get off the film. And so we couldn't do it. 

"So I guess then they got somebody - they got Christina Aguilera, I think, to do it. And I didn't wind up doing it."

She added: "I love Madonna, I'm a huge fan."

Christina has previously spoken about feeling disappointed with her part in the performance, noting that cameramen had cut away from her kiss with the Holiday singer to focus on Justin's reaction instead. 

During a radio interview, she said: "It was weird. And you know why they cut away for it? Because they cut away to get Justin's reaction.

"Yeah, because I definitely saw the newspaper the next day and it was like, 'Oh, well, I guess I got left out of that'."

While the Hustlers actor appears to have confirmed their engagement, the couple still remain tight lipped about the details.

Jennifer Lopez may be 47-years-old and the mother of nine-year-old twins, but she still gives us all a run for her money when it comes to her body.

The Jenny from the Block singer recently took to her Instagram account to post a photo of her abs to her 67 million followers, with the selfie raking in over 1.5 million likes.

While lots of the comments focused on how fit and healthy the singer and actress looked, the picture actually proved to be incredibly divisive – causing almost as much of a debate as that blue and black/ white and gold dress.

The controversy in question was surrounding a smudge on the mirror, with some arguing that it was an editing mistake, accusing JLo of photoshopping her Instagram snap.

‘Is she missing a part of her waist? Or am I wrong?’ wrote one user, while another commented, ‘It’s photoshopped. You can see it in the picture. Right side of her waist.’ One even insisted, ‘Definitely photoshopped. Can’t see the missing body behind the smudge. It is transparent and I have yet to see a mirror that does that by itself.’

In fact the entire comment section of the photo became a debate as to whether the picture was edited on photoshop or not.

Clapping back at her haters, JLo commented on her photo, ‘Omg…just a smudge on the mirror…lol…not photoshop’, before adding a few hashtags to sum up her thoughts, ‘#lordblessthehaters #gymrat #youshouldtryit #wishtherewasphotoshopforhaters’

The 47-year-old has spoken about body confidence in the past, admitting that it has taken her while to feel comfortable in her body.

‘It's hard to avoid comparing yourself to others, and I've definitely been guilty of it myself,’ she explained in an interview with HELLO! Magazine. ‘I remember thinking I wasn't thin enough because I had curves. But I've learned that being healthy and feeling great aren't about having one specific body type; it's a completely individual thing.’

‘Feeling beautiful is an attitude,’ she continued, ‘and we should all look for the beautiful things we love about ourselves, regardless of how our bodies compare to someone else's.’
