Unsurprisingly, the historic property comes with a hefty price tag, with the Azria Estate currently listed for an eye-watering $55 million. However, according to TMZ, Lopez is in negotiations about the price.

It is important to note that the property is currently in the midst of a legal dispute over an alleged breach of contract, between Max Azria's widow, Lubov Azria, and investor Ron Burkle who bought the estate in an auction for $30 million earlier this year.

It has been reported that Lopez has been in touch with both parties over negotiations.

This week however, during a press conference for J-Lo’s new film Atlas, a journalist uncomfortably put her on the spot, bringing up the divorce speculation and asking the actress, "Is your divorce with Ben Affleck real?"

While Lopez didn’t hide her shock at the question, her co-star Simu Liu immediately came to her defence, responding: "Okay, we're not doing that. Thank you so much guys, we really appreciate it. Thank you."

Lopez then went on to personally shut down the journalist’s question with a five word response - "You know better than that."

"Come on,” Liu added. “Don't come in here with that energy, please." 

Returning to the subject of the film, Liu went on to praise Lopez, calling her a “boss” and opening up about how much she cares as a producer.

He also doesn't look thrilled to be photographed by the paparazzi, which is in line with his desire to lay low as far as A-listers go.

The divorce rumours began last week, when a source told In Touch: "Ben already moved out and they’ll likely have to sell the dream house they spent two years searching for. They’ll never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There’s no way it could have lasted."

Shortly afterwards, a source told Us Weekly: "Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage. They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour." However, Us Weekly's sources said that the two weren't planning on separating despite their alleged marital issues.

Claims from anonymous insiders have continued to pop up in the media, but Ben and Jen themselves are following a "business as usual" approach. They were spotted together in a car over the weekend, and have both worn their wedding rings while out in public.

It's been reported (via Style Caster) that the song was performed by Jen at her wedding reception, dedicating the tune to her husband Ben Affleck. J-Lo described the process of writing the song in an interview Zane Lowe on his Apple Music 1 show, explaining: "[It feels like] authentic rhythms and melodies and more than anything, a feeling in the music, and I think that’s what a lot of people who heard the album in its early days were feeling, they were like, 'There’s something true about this'.

"There's something that feels gritty and honest and raw and real and vulnerable and brave about this music from all of these people, not just from me. I love it. I feel like Can’t Get Enough is a perfect way to kind of come out of the box with this one because it does have that like my performance energy."

The video for Can't Get Enough shows J-Lo poking fun at herself, considering Ben is her fourth marriage. She's depicted in several different bridal gowns, nodding not only to her marriages but that she's played the bride role plenty of times over the years in films like Wedding Planner and Monster In Law, as well as more recently in Marry Me and Shotgun Wedding.

JLo reflected on her parenting skills, in comparison to her mums, and has hinted she is a little more relaxed. 

She explained: "I'm just a little bit looser. I think my mom, for a long time, was a stay-at-home mom, and I've always been a working mom, so that right there is a very different thing.  And also she was 20 years old — by the time she was 26, she had 3 kids.

"So she was kind of a kid raising kids. And I had my kids when I was 38, so I had them much later, so I was more of an adult at that time.  We kind of grew up together."

But one A-lister that got some unexpected attention on social media was none other than Ben Affleck. The actor attended the 65th Grammys Award ceremony in LA with his wife, Jennifer Lopez, and while J-Lo was spotted dancing, smiling and having a great time, Ben once again got the meme treatment thanks to his rather unimpressed and unenthused facial expressions. 

Twitter was awash with clips of the Gone Girl actor looking glum, sparking the Bored Affleck meme to add to his library of viral moments (think Stressed Affleck smoking in a doorway, Dunkin Donuts Affleck struggling with his takeaway order, and Sad Affleck looking blankly into the distance during an interview with Henry Cavill). 

However, eagle eyed viewers also noticed that there was a moment between Ben and J-Lo that appeared a little tense. 

The clip, which is currently circulating online, shows Ben whispering something to his wife, with J-Lo appearing a little irked and mouthing something back before he quickly adjusts his posture and sits up before they realise they're on camera. 

Fans were quick to comment on the clip, with one saying: "HER FACE WHEH SHE SAW THE CAMERA LOL."

Another added: "The camera men at the Grammys deserve extra pay. They got all the good shots."

Now, a lip reader has told the Daily Mail what they think the couple were saying to one another. 

They told the publication that J-Lo said: "Stop. Look more friendly. Look motivated."

Ben reportedly replied: "I might."

J-Lo and Ben have not commented publicly about the speculation just yet, but some fans believe that the moment has been blown out of proportion. 

One wrote: "I think he was just flirting with her and she told him to quit it."

One couple that fans were keen to keep an eye out for was Bennifer. Since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez rekindled their romance almost twenty years after they split, it has sparked a new wave of nostalgic warmth for the now-married pair. 

Of course, J-Lo fans will also know that the whole reason Google images even exist is all down to her iconic green Versace dress that she wore to the ceremony back in 2000. 

While Ben and Jennifer didn't walk the red carpet together, fans did spot them sat at a table enjoying the show. 

However, it's Ben's less than thrilled expressions that have caused him to go viral - and get the miserable meme treatment once again. 

As the camera panned to the couple during Stevie Wonder's performance, J-Lo seemed to be having a lovely time. Ben, however - not so enthused. 

Viewers were quick to snap the moment and add their thoughts on Twitter. 

One wrote: "Ben Affleck would rather be anywhere else than front row at the #Grammys2023."

Another said: "However bad of a day you’re having, I promise you’re not as miserable as Ben Affleck at the Grammys right now."

In reference to the viral pictures of Ben struggling with his doughnut order, one user wrote: "Ben Affleck looks like he’d rather be at Dunkin."

The Gone Girl actor has inspired many an emotional meme over the years, kicked off by the 'Sad Affleck' clip of Ben sat staring blankly during an interview with Henry Cavill - which was later accompanied by Simon and Garfunkel's Sound of Silence. Still hilarious.

There's also the snap of Ben smoking in a doorway looking up to the sky, dubbed Stressed Affleck, and it seems now we have Miserable Affleck to add to the collection.

Bennifer have reunited, and we couldn't be happier. 

Jennifer Lopez - also known as J.Lo - and Ben Affleck rekindled their romance in 2021, before they got engaged for the second time in 2022. 

However, they first started dating in 2002 after they met on the set of Gigli, but called off their engagement in 2004. 

Now, 18 years later, the couple seem stronger than ever. 

J.Lo - who has twins Emme and Maximilian with her ex-husband Marc Anthony - often recounts the early years of their relationship in interviews, and her own blog On The JLo. 

However, Ben reportedly feels "uncomfortable" when the 53-year-old star goes into "graphic detail" about their relationship, although he doesn't want to "censor" what his partner says. 

An insider told Heat Magazine: "Ben isn’t going to censor what J-Lo’s allowed to say when she wants to give interviews, but it does make him feel a little uncomfortable that she’s gone into such graphic detail about their highs and lows.

“Going over old ground and recounting deeply personal experiences they had in the past isn’t his style at all."

Despite coming together after almost two decades apart and reaching their "happily-ever-after fairytale", Ben finds it "awkward" going over their history, including the low points and previous break up. 

The source continued: "He gets that she finds it cathartic to share details of their love story and how they got their happily-ever-after fairy-tale, but it’s still awkward and over the top as far as he’s concerned."

The 50-year-old actor - who has children Violet, Seraphina and Samuel with ex-wife Jennifer Garner - prefers to maintain his privacy, whereas J.Lo has always been seen as an open book.

The couple married this summer at his Georgia home, with the bride wearing three Ralph Lauren dresses to say 'I do'.

Jennifer Lopez has recently opened up about her relationship with Ben Affleck and the ins and outs of their blended family. 

The pair married almost two decades after their breakup, and finally said "I do" in a low key Vegas ceremony, and naturally, photos of her wedding dress went viral.

After the couple split in 2004, both JLo and Affleck went on to start their own families separately. 

But now they are back together and better than ever, transitioning into a blended family. The Marry Me actress spoke to Vogue about her husband's different parenting styles. 

Blending five teenagers together can't be a simple process, but the couple are "learning about parenting from each other."

"The transition is a process that needs to be handled with so much care," Lopez told the publication. 

While Affleck's ex, Jennifer Garner, is "an amazing co-parent, and they work really well together," JLo's ex-husband lives on the East Coast. 

Affleck has three children, Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10, and JLo has two children, 14-year-old twins Max and Emme, with former partner, Marc Anthony.

Creating a beautifully blended family is the goal for the couple, and a space that feels like home. 

"What I hope to cultivate with our family is that his kids have a new ally in me and my kids have a new ally in him," she shares.

She also adds that while she 'had to learn how to be a fighter' growing up, she wants to give her children a life that she didn't have while 'developing that survivalist mentality'.
