Book through East Africa specialist Maniago Safaris , which supports a local orphanage and is helping build a new children's home through the Angels of Hope charity.

Spot wildlife while sitting at Tarangire Treetops' waterhole.
Buy Masai beads and sandals made from tyres in Arusha.
Go further afield to the Selous and Serengeti parks or Zanzibar for post-safari R&R.
