I think sensuous is to be comfortable with who you are, because then you will feel great in anything. So often when I go out, I see girls with ultra short skirts, high heels they can't walk in and cleavage to match, and it looks like they really need to show off. I would rather wear a soft, oversized dress and flats, so I can relax and have a good time. I still feel good, because to me, the understated is the most sensuous! Preparing a meal savoring every ingredient for its texture, fragrance and shape as I handle it. Noticing the unique and vivid qualities of each. item. When my meal is ready and it's time to eat, I imagine the ingredients in their original forms as I taste them. Pausing to notice the subtle and obvious contributions of each ingredient. feeling my tongue and lips asI! Making this meal a sensual celebration!

I think of myself as being Sensuous when i'm confident, happy and feel comfortable in my own skin. Of course the lingerie and perfume helps, but it is from the inside and it leaves me glowing!

Sensuous to me is laying on a massage table in The Maldives with the warm sun flooding through the open door being plied with beautiful oils and listening to the gentle lapping of the waves, pure magic.

I have many favourite sensuous experience from my travels, I can't decide which one is best!!
- Bali: smelling aromatherapy oils used for my massage, soothing sound of waterfall and gamelan music in the background.
- Brussell: licking my fingers after dipping a biscuit on the chocolate fountain at Chocolate Museum.
- England: savouring toasted Sally Lunn Bun in Bath, topped with rum butter and luscious cream.
- India: visiting Taj Mahal, walking around a bustling local market filled with colourful things, the scent of spices in the air.
- Thailand: snorkelling on a pristine beach, an evening walk with heavy scent of frangipani in the air.

I feel sensuous when I am surrounded by nature and beauty. Sensuous, is what comes from within. It is an attitude that is elusively alluring, a self expression. To be sensuous is to live for the moment, metaphorically we are always stimulating our senses. For me the smell of the ocean brings a flood of feelings and memories. I epitomise sensuality as something that women should look forward to everyday. I am sensuous because I have the innate ability to use my senses to enjoy what life has to offer. From the perfume I wear, to wearing things that complement me and my body shape to being with the people I love feeling sensuous is feeling inner beauty, it is an experience a celebration. I am sensuous as I like to celebrate femininity and because I like to be original and slightly mysterious. I also get inspired by old Hollywood glamour, glamour that is an air of compelling charm, romance and excitement. Most importantly what makes me sensuous is my smile!
