Like a feature-length Andrex advert, there’s something shamelessly calculating about this tale of a Florida couple and their boisterous Labrador. That said, dog lovers will dig it – Marley is very cute – and the script has its funny moments, even if Aniston and Wilson play a married pair so perfect they make you feel bad about your own life. No wonder Marley barks a lot. (Out 13 March 2009)
