Starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Dennis Quaid
In this bittersweet romantic comedy, Parker plays a former pupil of Quaid's academic-in-crisis who becomes his lover after years apart. Like their relationship, this is a laboured affair where everyone seems to be replaying better roles: Ellen Page and Thomas Haden Church, for example, as Quaid's smart-mouthed daughter and lazy brother, recalling Juno and Sideways respectively.
