Nick Clegg might have had a bit of stick over his recent 'I'm sorry' video and now he's facing being upstaged by wife Miriam.
The legal partner branded the autotuned version of her husband's apology 'genius' and yesterday outshone the deputy PM at the Liberal Democrat conference in Brighton.
As Nick Clegg descended the main staircase to give his final speech excited photographers rushed to capture a shot of his wife, who was wearing a white 'New York' dress by Henrietta Ludgate with orange Zara heels.
Delegates and photographers have reportedly been more interested in Miriam than Nick Clegg's speeches on tax during the conference.
Clegg was also left uncomfortable on Monday, the day of his wedding anniversary, after Eamonn Holmes made comments about his wife's appearance on live TV.
He told Clegg: 'Congratulations on your long lasting marriage. May I just say you have a very attractive wife'.
