A Malaysian shooter is the first woman to represent her country in the sport. But that's not all - she's also eight months pregnant.

Nur Suryani Mohamed Taibi is the furthest along for any mum-to-be competing in the Olympics.

Although shooting causes less physical strain on the body than other sports, such as sprinting or rowing, she has still had to alter her stance and train at various parts of the day.

She says: 'The Olympic Games are important to me ... every athlete dreams of competing at the Olympics.

'There will be pressure on me to perform, but I will just focus on my preparation and nothing else.'

Nur Suryani is ranked 47th in the world and won a gold medal in the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
