Clare Bernal, 22 was fatally shot by her ex-boyfriend Michael Pech as she worked on the makeup counter in Harvey Nichols. He then shot himself.
Patricia Bernal has joined at least 50 other alleged phone-hacking victims, including Wayne Rooney, who have lodged claims against the media group.
