Girl finds baby bat - in her bra

A teenage hotel receptionist had the fright of her life, when she discovered a baby bat curled up inside her bra - as she was wearing it.
Abbie Hawkins thought that her mobile phone was vibrating when she felt movement inside her clothing.
But on further investigation, she discovered the creature, which had been hiding inside her bra for five hours.
The stunned bat was the size of Miss Hawkin's hand.
Speaking to the Telegraph, the 19-year old commented, 'Once I realised it was a bat I was shocked, but then I felt quite sorry for it really.'
The bra had been left outside to dry on a washing line the night before, which is when the bat had a chance to sneak in.
Miss Hawkins first felt movement during her drive into work, but didn't think anything of it until five hours later, while sat at her desk. 'I plucked up the courage to investigate and I pulled out a little baby bat,' she said, 'I just lost my breath when I saw it and I did not know what it was at first.'

It has been my experience that bats have occupied numerous bras throughout history.

I so just read the comment by fluffy 1 as, "where rabbits have been eradicated"! Ha stupid me.. and yeah how the hell did she not notice because even though its a small bat, it would have taken up a lot of room in a bra!

Lucky she lived in a country where rabies has been eradicated. Cute they may be, but they can bite and can also carry the fatal disease.
The only known person to ever survive rabies, (after experimental treatment), was bitten by a bat that she kindly picked up to release after it flew into a church window, (inside the church). She was very lucky.
