These guys will turn your kids’ drawings into jewellery, and it’s totally adorable
The perfect gift for any parent has arrived
The perfect gift for any parent has arrived
Think your kid’s artistic endeavours deserve more than being pinned on front of the fridge? Of course you do! You have a pint-sized Pinto in your midst, a tiny Turner, a fledging Freud! Okay, maybe you just think their drawings are really, really cute and that’s a good enough reason as any to get them immortalised forever. And really, what could be better than an accessory that not only is totally lovely, but that no one else in the world will have? The jewelers in question are an artistic duo called Tasarim Takarim, based in Turkey.
They sell their wares through Etsy and create everything from necklaces, bracelets, brooches and cufflinks in all kind of shapes and sizes. Smiling faces, cats, aeroplanes and butterflies all look amazing.
Even the most, erm, abstract (shall we say?!) of drawings look awesome in jewellery form. So don’t delay – dust off those drawings and try to pick your favourite so you can have what one happy mum described as ‘the most expensive-looking and meaningful jewellery ever’.
