Designer Betty Jackson on the menu at PizzaExpress
By Lucy Halfhead on Wednesday 25 November 2009
This Christmas, PizzaExpress is bringing a new collaboration to the high street. A first for a restaurant, the pizzeria has teamed up with UK fashion designer Betty Jackson to support the charity ‘Dress for Success' which helps disadvantaged women get back into work.
To raise awareness and some for the charity Betty has designed an exclusive t-shirt which will be worn by all of PizzaExpress' restaurant staff over the festive period. In addition 25p from each La Reine pizza sold and 50p from every Christmas set menu sold will be donated to Dress for Success.
The great news is that you can also get your hands one of the cute tees - they have hit shelves at Debenhams stores across the country for £10 or can be bought online at www.pizzaexpress.com.
Dress for Success is a fabulous charity that aims to help disadvantaged women get back into jobs and work by donating good quality second hand work wear to them for their first job interviews. It also gives career counselling and support to help them get their confidence back.
