A new ‘happy slimming pill’ has proven to be a hit in the US after helping users shed up to 2,000 calories a week and boosting their mood at the same time.
Capsiplex Plus is a newly launched diet pill and is already taking America by storm. The pills sold out after 50,000 units were bought within three days of its launch. The pills contain capsicum, which is said to burn calories by raising serotonin levels, reduce appetite and increase metabolism.
The pill will be available in the UK later on this year and 25,000 pre orders have already been processed. The NHS has dubbed Capsiplex as the ‘miracle fat pill’ and luxury department store Harrods, along with selected pharmacies, will be selling the product.
A spokeswoman for the brand said: 'We wanted to launch a weight loss aid that would uniquely tackle both weight gain and depressive feelings.'
The pill has no proven negative side affects, a full money back guarantee and a celebrity following such as Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears.
