New fitness craze: the Triumph Boobcamp
By Lucy Halfhead on Thursday 15 July 2010
Looking for a workout to get you toned and bikini ready in a matter of weeks? This summer Triumph are launching the nation’s first ever regime developed solely for the bust.
The innovative new fitness regime has been developed exclusively for Triumph by ex-military instructors at leading fitness camp No.1 Boot Camp and sport music experts AudioFuel.
Triumph Boobcamp, is a 30-minute bust workout designed to target and tone the muscles that support the bust area. Done regularly, this unique routine will help prevent a sagging bust line and avoid back pain. The exercises use dumbbells and incorporate press ups and pull ups into an effective routine.
The regime can be quickly and easily downloaded from www.audiofuel.co.uk/triumph/boobcamp to an Iphone or MP3 player so you can use it at home, in the park or in the gym. You can also enter a competition to win a week at the bootcamp when you download the link as well.
Triumph has recognised the importance of wearing specialist underwear for all sporting activities and 30 years ago engineered the first Triumph Tri-Action bra which offers specialised cushioning, extra flat seaming and binding, combined with high performance fabrics which keep you cool when the going gets hot. Triumph’s Tri-Action sports range can be purchased online at www.triumphlingeriestore.com.

Well, being able to wear a sports bra would be a start. All the sports bras that I have tried are far too big and normally I take a B to C cup. I'd love some support even though the only exercise I can do is a little light walking sometimes (have chronic fatigue) but no such luck. I'm sure they're not as perky as they were, tired old things!
