First 'internal bra' fitted
By Elizabeth Heathcote on Tuesday 24 November 2009
An Israeli cosmetic surgeon has implanted the first 'Cup and Up' internal bra in a 40-minute keyhole procedure.
The 'internal bra', which promises more shapely breasts with no need of support, features a silicone cup underneath the breast, linked to internal fine straps attached to the upper rib, above the breast.
The first woman to have the operation – which allows the patient to be out of hospital by lunchtime – had her implant fitted three weeks ago, reports Metro.
The Cup and Up bra was invented by Eyal Gur, an Israeli cosmetic surgeon. 'It would be really beneficial to women who have had partial or full mastectomies,' he said.

Wonder what a chest Xray would look like ...radiographer in shock...but if it can be applied for medical and other issues then ..what a novel idea and worthy of thought.?
