New Friday night workout and beauty event

A new event – The Friday Night Club, Get Lashed, Waxed and Nailed – is being launched at Frame.

The monthly fun-filled workout and beauty evening – provides a full body workout, an all important glass of wine, and a choice of express beauty treatments to make sure you are looking great before you head out for the weekend. You can even leave your workout kit at Frame overnight to save lugging it around on your night out.

Frame is a new fitness studio that believes that working out should be the fun and offers alternative ways of keeping fit from 'Britney dance' to Burlesque classes, Reformer Pilates, Vibration Plates and the latest ISHTA yoga craze that has taken NYC by storm.


Get Nailed beauty treatments will be provided courtesy of Wah Nails, an exciting new nail art concept; Get Lashed treatments (lash extensions and eye make up) will be provided by MAC cosmetics, and East London's coolest female DJ duo ‘The Work It Girls’ and ‘The Wah Girls’ will be spinning the tunes all night.
