I have tried my friend's pair of fit flop last month and although I found them comfortable, I could not feel or notice any work out or toning in my legs...Actually where is their research? why is it impossible to to find any serious study cases to back up the toning effect of the fit flop? if someone has this info, I would love to know! I am a MBT wearer and bought their latest tambo black leather knee boots. They look really GREAT!!! who said their design was bulky and chunky? I did! But I have changed my mind. the new design are very nice. they even even have a Gore Tex model for about 160 pounds. To be continued...

I'm not sold on these, I had a pair of fit flops through summer but these just look like slippers, like Caroline I wasn't overally impressed with fit flop but thought I'd give it a bash any everyone else was!

I also agree...where is their research, I'm an avid Earth wearer- fab for lsing weight and toning up and the most comfortable shoes i have EVER worn- research has been undertaken on Earth during a 10,000 a day step programme and results were amazing- the winter boots are gorgeous and cheaper than MBT!
