Tea to help lose weight
We all need that tea fix when we make up in the morning, but what if the tea you drink promised to help lose weight and raise your energy levels?
A Brazilian tea, known as Porangaba, promises to do just that. The herbal brew is made from the leaves of a small tree that grows in the Amazon rainforest.
Already the number one beverage for the beautiful, svelte people on the beaches in Rio, Porangaba is reputed to have strong appetite suppressant properties. One botanical expert, Dr C.L. Cruz, documented the tea's benefits and concluded it aided weight loss, was a mild diuretic and improved blood circulation.
The tea has more recently become popular to help fitness training as it increases metabolism and raises energy levels.
Drinkers of the tea are recommended to brew a cup 30 minutes before meals, three times a day.
So if you've got to squeeze into a bikini soon, pick up Porangaba tea from The Nutri Centre at www.nutricentre.com.

Good, informative and clearly written article that tells the story in a lively but unsensational way. It would encourage me to give this tea a go! I would have liked to know something about the taste/flavour.
