It’s another case of fashion snap, as Louise Redknapp and Penelope Cruz channel the body-con look in the same two-tone blue velvet dress by Stella McCartney. But who do you think wore it best?

TV presenter Louise wore the sporty halterneck dress most recently, to this week’s GQ Men of the Year Awards, teaming the royal blue number with a pair of chunky black platforms by Christian Louboutin and a textured clutch.

But Spanish actress Penelope was spotted in the dress first, at this year’s Cannes Film Festival whilst promoting Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides along with co-star Johnny Depp.

The sultry beauty kept her accessories to a minimum, teaming the pretty jewel tone dress with a pair of matching courts and her long hair worn down and natural.
