Demi Moore and Kate Beckinsale put their style on trial when they both donned the very same Zac Posen dress - but who wore it best?

Demi Moore was first to give this dress its designer debut, wearing it to the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Awards in LA, way back in September last year.

The actress teamed the draping LBD - which is from Zac Posen's Spring/Summer 2010 collection - with her enviably glossy mane, matching black peep-toes, elegant silver bracelets and a black satin clutch.

Next up, and Kate Beckinsale followed in Demi's oh-so-fashionable footsteps, by sporting the very same frock to the Hot List party in Las Vegas this week.

The Brit actress teamed her halterneck with some high-volume curls, a chunky gold statement ring, black clutch and two-tone Christian Louboutin Luly heels.

Kate wears the dress better with lighter and shorter hair. Also, the shoes do not look cheap! Her patent clutch is a winner too, the contrast and texture of both shoes and bag look better compared to Demi's safe choices.

definetly kate she looks fresh fashion and the high volume curls rocks the outfit unlike demi who just looks ruff all together! Plus she's smiling wins my vote straight away. she's probably more comfortable in her dress than demi and she looks exotic go kate xx

O lor...They both look great.
They are both lovely...the twotoned shoes are divine but not with that dress...(they are arguing with each other)..they are both a delight with great good taste...give them a break..its evens I think..and..dont forget the age difference...

I think the dress suits Kate's curves well but she pairs it badly with the shoes. Demi looks fantastic as normal with the shoes and bag and bracelets looking elegant and classy. I vote the actual dress for Kate but the overall look I vote Demi!
