Two stylish singers, one designer dress... But who do you think wore it best? Rihanna or Florence Welch?

We do love spotting a good style snap, and we couldn't let this frock-off go unnoticed...

Flame-haired Florence - of Florence and the Machine - was first to give this elegant Christian Dior creation a public outing, donning it to one of the Brit Awards after-parties in London.

The songstress was celebrating after picking up the award for Best British Album at the music industry bash, and teamed the belted frock with the matching runway ankle-socks, strappy platforms, layered necklaces and a deep crimson pout.

Then, being the fierce fashionista that she is, we were surprised to see Rihanna actually being the second person to showcase this look.

The world-famous singer opted for the very same Dior dress to walk the orange carpet at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in LA.

Similarly, Rihanna also accessorised with the same matching ankle-socks and layered necklaces, but instead opted for simple court shoes, and seemingly styled-up the frock with some additional bold-shoulder pads.

I know I keep saying it on these who wore it best items..but they both look good..just different take...
A style is not meant for one person only..its for lots..and with differing takes...
why choose...they look good..the only problem is when someone totally gets it wrong..but they dont ....either of them. Its like when two stars turn out in the same ensemble at the Oscars etc...they just laugh and get on with it...who cares....

I hate the ankle socks on both of them but Rihanna wins it with the shoulder pads and colouring. I don't care what anyone says pale on pale just looks like death warmed up and, believe me, I should know!

Thing is, this is a new romantic designed dress. This style fits florence more than rihanna, who clearly isnt a new romantic type.
