Cheryl Cole at centre of fashion bidding war
By Lucy Hutchings on Thursday 11 March 2010
Forget Ashley fighting for Cheryl Cole's love - there are reportedly three top fashion houses battling it out to secure the X Factor beauty as the face of their new campaigns.
The Mirror today reports that Roberto Cavalli has already offered the Girl Aloud £1.3 million to star in his autumn/winter '10 campaign, while two more designers have put up offers in excess of £2 million a piece to get Ms C to strike a pose.
While no stranger to ads - she's the face of L'Oreal and promoted Kit Kat and Wii alongside her fellow Girls Aloud ladies - this would be her first foray into high fashion advertising.
We'd love to see Cheryl in the designer spotlight!
