Paris Hilton and Alexandra Burke both flew the flag for the British high street when they stepped out in their matching Lipsy London frocks. But, who wore it best?

We do love it when celebs honour the great British high street, and both Alex and Paris did just that in this asymmetric animal number.

Miss Burke has long been a fan of label Lipsy London, having been spotted in several party-perfect pieces from the brand.

The X Factor star chose this blue sequinned mini to hit the stage for a gig at the O2 arena in London back in October.

She let her statement frock do all the talking by forgoing accessories entirely, finishing off the look with her blunt bob and a big smile.

Then, nearly four months later, and Paris Hilton opted for the very same one-shoulder wonder, for her appearance on the David Letterman Show in New York. 

The heiress donned her dress with droplet earrings, tumbling curls and matching bold blue statement rings.

But, if you love this dress, then good news! Despite being from Lipsy's slightly pricier VIP collection, the dress is now available in the sale for just £65...

I cannot stand Paris and it pains me to say this but I think she looks better than Alex. Her dress isn't as ruched up as Alex's and goes better with her blond hair.

They both look really good and Alex loves these shiny numbers...Paris does suit the dress and the accessories look fine ...they both rock..(glad she hasnt got a dog accessory with it)

there isent much difference between them in the dress in those photos however Alexandra rocked the dress from the back as shes curvy and gives the dress more sexiness...

The dress is all wrinkling up on Alex and fits Paris like a glove, obviously Paris wins the competition by a mile.
