Lindsay Lohan and Kim Kardashian - Who wore it best?

You could consider today's who wore it best a who wore it worst, as I'm not sure whether Lindsay Lohan and Kim Kardashian's matching moment has anything to do with style.

The often sartorially challenged pair played fashion snap in hooded Brian Lichtenberg dresses, with Kim getting in on the act first, snapping up the dress for her Las Vegas birthday party back in October.

Wearing the hood down, she teamed the thigh-skimmer with little black booties and wore her hair scraped back in a high-ponytail.

For la Lohan, stepping out at the Warner Bros Golden Globe after-party this week, she went hood up, and accessorised with Mary-Jane platforms and a black clutch.

To be fair it's not the best dress in the world I think Lilo wore it best tbh,thought she quite suited the hood up too!!!

Definitely Lindsay. She sort of makes it work by using the hood in a street-style look. Kim just looks like a sparkled mess. Plus this is one of those instances where it works better on skinny and doesn't flatter Kim's lovely curves.

whay lilo has as much style as a wet fish!!!NONE. Least kim has a great body...not a stick like lilo. i think kim has made this a teeny bopper dress to sophisticated.

Even though she wore it to the Globes, Lindsay definitely pulls this dress off better than Kim. It's a case of shoulder-pads v. hood, and the hood wins this time

This hooded dress was first done by Biba in the late 60s...and with mitten hands then..
Lindsay looks best ....Kim looks tarty....
Prob better with boots.
Still...not the best dress in the world.
