More upset at Ungaro as the CEO steps down – but Lilo stays

The CEO and President of Ungaro, Mounir Moufarrige, has resigned. But, Lindsay Lohan looks set to continue her artistic input at the fashion house...

Moufarrige was the man responsible for, somewhat controversially, making Lindsay Lohan Artistic Adviser for the brand - a move that allegedly caused head designer Esteban Cortazar to part ways with the company.

But before announcing his own resignation, Moufarrige recently confirmed that Lindsay would be staying on, saying that ‘she had a job to do.'

LiLo's debut Spring/Summer 2010 collection for Ungaro was harshly slammed by most fashion critics worldwide, and was even described as ‘a disaster' by Emmanuel Ungaro himself.

So with this announcement, it looks like yet more dissent in the ranks at the floundering fashion house - but we can't help but be a little curious as to how their next collection will be received...
