Hot collaboration alert: Liberty of London and Target

Finally, a Target collaboration that will be available in the UK! The American retailer is teaming up with Liberty of London to create a collection of clothing and homeware.

Target has previously teamed up with some of the biggest names in fashion, but sadly for us Brits, none of these covetable creations have been available to buy in the UK.

We've lusted from afar over their ventures with Alexander McQueen, Jonathan Saunders and Rodarte - and have high hopes for their upcoming Zac Posen partnership - but this latest collaboration is one that we can really get on board with.

Featuring Liberty's iconic floral prints, the appropriately named Flower Power collection will include everything from underwear to outdoor furniture.

‘I am thrilled by the way Target has interpreted the flower power of Liberty by mixing, in a very modern way, our heritage prints with the widest ever range of products,' says Geoffror de La Bourdonnaye, chief executive of Liberty.

‘From lingerie, to design chairs, to bicycles,' he continued. ‘The collection is a very youthful interpretation of the love and rebellion values that Liberty of London stands for.'

Although no prices have yet been released, the collection is due to hit Stateside stores on 14 March, with select pieces being available to buy from the Liberty of London store in April.
