Trend watch: Stars go wild for leopard print

When Kate Moss, Alexa Chung and Mary-Kate Olsen all tap a trend, you know it's one that has legs, so step up leopard print coats as the hottest cover-up of the season.

The winter warmer of choice for all three starlets, Ms Moss has been rocking animal print outerwear for years, and has two incarnations she's been swapping between this season - an animal trench and a fuller swing coat.

Both Chung and Olsen have been on the prowl just this week - Alexa proved this is one trend that's accessible to all, snapping up a Topshop faux fur design, while MK wore her cosy number to The Museum of Modern Art Film Benefit in New York last night.

The perfect foil for the British winter chill, Fearne Cotton's furry style is a perfect example of how to translate the look for day.
