With an A-list array worthy of the most prestigious film awards, the LA Museum of Contemporary Art celebrated its 30th Anniversary on Saturday night, by throwing one of the most star-studded bashes of the year.
For style watchers, it was a fashion feast as the gorgeous and glam got their glad rags on.

The overriding trend to note was monochrome chic. Making a rare red carpet outing, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt indulged their artistic side, with the world's most famous mum-of-six opting for a signature simple, yet elegant gown, this time a floor-skimming and strapless Armani Prive number.
Jessica Alba and Christina Ricci added to the LBD repertoire, in short and sweet designs, while Kate Bosworth chose a chic Proenza Schouler monochrome shift.
Never one to play by the sartorial rules, Gwen Stefani might have rocked the night's favourite colour palette, but rather than choose a sweeping gown, she slipped into tapered black trousers and a white silk cami, with pretty lace trim.
When there was colour, it was done with aplomb. Marisa Tomei lit up the red carpet in a candy pink full-skirted frock and Kate Beckinsale wowed in a sophisticated jade green asymmetric gown.
