The actress slipped into Donna Karan's shimmering floor-length gown, adding a contrast colour pop ruby pout and an elegant soft updo.
But the look gave us a style déjà vu: Ms Green wasn't the first A-lister to snap up the design, supermodel Iman gave the number its red carpet debut just weeks before.
Stepping out for the American Ballet's Fall Gala in New York, the statuesque beauty left her caramel locks loose and tumbling, and added hints of bling, from diamond drop earrings to an array of glittering bracelets.
