Gossip Girl gets some Posh style

With her collection of high-end, high-price dresses, Victoria Beckham has already won the hearts of the A-list, and now the fashionista's stylish influence has made its way to the small screen as well.

Filming Gossip Girl on the streets of New York, Leighton Meester was spotted in character as the show's resident sartorial queen bee, Blair Waldorf, clad in the red Carmontelle shift dress from Mrs B's autumn/winter '09 collection.

Giving the design some signature ladylike chic, the dress got the Waldorf touch, styled with a string of pearls, matching multi-strand bracelets, cream round-toed courts, a python Birkin-esque handbag, and naturally, a trademark headband.



Typical Blaire fare, the form-fitting number perfectly fits the character's penchant of all-things-elegant, and the retro put-together style for which she is loved.

Posh's foray into designer fashion has earned her a host of celebrity fans, including Heidi Klum and Elle Macpherson, who have both stepped out in the former Spice Girl's classic frocks.
