Could Geri Halliwell be the latest Topshop style star?

The fashion grapevine is buzzing with rumours that the former Spice Girl is set to sign up as Sir Phillip Green's latest A-list employee, and will launch her own collection for the high street haven.

According to sources, Halliwell was spotted at Arcadia HQ last week, and discussed ideas for the range, which will be marketed for a slightly older customer to Topshop's typical demographic.

Since leaving the Spices, Ginger has turned her hand to everything from solo albums, to penning children's books, and became the best-selling children's author of last year.

So could the fashion world be the latest industry she's out to conquer? We'll have to wait and see.
