Missoni opens first fashion hotel in Scotland
By Carla Bevan on Monday 8 June 2009
London might have the Dorchester and Soho House, but from the early hours of this morning, when fashion brand Missoni opened its first design hotel in Edinburgh, the Scottish capital moved ahead in the high-style travel stakes.
Known the world over for its iconic prints and high-end knitwear, Missoni's foray into the travel industry looks set to introduce its beautiful patterns and chic eye for style to a whole new audience.
The best news? This innovative hotel is priced to ensure even us ordinary folk get a peek at the sumptuous bathrooms, lavish bedrooms and beautiful bar.
Special 'allinc' rates mean everything from breakfast, laundry, wifi, movies, Missoni-scented bath products and even the entire contents of the minibar is included in the room rate, which starts from £210 per night.

This hotel looks absolutley delightful, i would love to go and stay in it, not only do you enjoy the surrounding of edinburgh, but you can also enjoy the taste of missoni as you sleep.
