She may be the master of reinvention, but Madonna is reprising one of her favourite fashion roles, as the face of Louis Vuitton.

The Material Girl first fronted the style house's ads for spring/summer '09, and has now confirmed that she will be back for a second season, as the face of autumn/winter.

The project will see Madonna collaborate again with LV designer Marc Jacobs, who revealed to WWD that he was bowled over by the singer when they shot the first campaign.

He commented, 'She's so sure of herself as an icon and as a woman... What fascinates me the most about her is her never-ending energy, and the idea of becoming and changing. She's an artist who’s unafraid to use her voice.'

Look out for the first shots due to debut this August.
