Nicole Richie goes boho for House of Harlow

Nicole Richie shows off her boho side, in the spring/summer look book for her jewellery collection, House of Harlow 1960.

The pregnant star, who named the label after her baby daughter, proves the perfect advertisement for her gems, accessorising them with paisley print tunics, her signature maxi dresses and laidback denim shorts and billowing tees.  

And though the label is still relatively new to the fashion scene, Richie revealed to Shopbop.com that design had been a long-term love. 'When I was young, I made friendship bracelets for my friends,' she described.

As for her inspiration, and it all started with dad Lionel: 'When I was a little girl, my father's costume designer for his tour made me outfits that matched his. I would watch her make sketches and even went to her studio.'

Expanding to her fashion empire, Nicole is now set to design a line of shoes and handbags, which will debut in spring 2010.

For the sake of sibling rivalry, let's hope she names the second fashion venture after baby number two!
