Star style at Calvin, Zac and Tommy

The papazazzi were spoilt for choice at New York Fashion Week yesterday, where the front rows were filled with Hollywood's hottest faces.

First up, and Tommy Hilfiger saw the first appearance of fashion's favourite couple, Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger. In matchy matchy style – same sunglasses, similar scarves – the pair cosied up alongside the likes of Natasha Bedingfield, Selma Blair and Zoe Saldana.  

At Calvin Klein, it was all about Eva Mendes and Kate Beckinsale. Both clad all in black, Beckinsale added edge to her classic style, with a leather shift and new blunt fringe, while Eva was unusually demure in a matronly pussy-bow knee-length black dress.

Over at Zac Posen, and in line with the designer's signature style, it was all about the prettiness. Nicole Richie led the pack in a white tunic, covered entirely in corsages, Claire Danes shimmied in a silver satin tea dress, and Rachel Bilson mixed it up with a black tux and pretty printed blouse.
