Eva Longoria got a spot of Cheryl Cole style this weekend, when she stepped out in the exact same dress as the diminutive Girls Aloud star.

Mrs Cole first wore the Matthew Williamson strapless frock while on the X Factor judging panel, while the Desperate Housewife actress donned hers for a charity event in Miami.

Both stars gave the dress their own brand of style. Cheryl wore hers with a skinny fuchsia belt and neon pink heels, while Eva chose gold peep toes and multiple gold chain bracelets to complete her look.

It's no surprise that both high-profile stylistas stepped out in the style, as Williamson is a firm favourite for the red carpet.

Isla Fisher stepped out at the Confessions of a Shopaholic premiere in an iridescent green strapless minidress from his collection, and Sienna Miller was spotted on a shopping spree in his eponymous store last month, with the man himself by her side.

Omg! Eva, by miles, Cheryl doesn't look as if hers fits and I don't get the shiny legs, pink shoes thing. Eva looks comfortable and stunning.

Eva looks far more natural and comfortable than trussed up Cheryl who is too stylised and appears uncomfortable in her outfit. Her legs seem to go inwards at the knees...not attractive.

I absolutely love cheryl cole and wish i could say she looks better but Eva carries the whole look off soo much better! although- i do think the photo quality may have something to do with that....

Eva just carries the look much better, she looks natural and classic. Cheryl well, like others have said has not accessorised her dress that well, she has made it look cheap albeit fun. Eva just looks chic and more naturally beautiful and healthy!
