Confessions of Shopaholic premiere

Isla Fisher kept things short and sweet last night, at the world premiere of new movie, Confessions of a Shopaholic.
Despite the freezing NY temperatures, the Aussie actress opted for a spot of British style, donning a super-short strapless beaded frock by designer Matthew Williamson.
Her fellow co-stars weren't quite so brave, with a shivering Hugh Dancy telling reporters, 'I'm as cold as I can remember.'
Fisher plays the shopping-loving Rebecca Bloomwood in the fashionable flick, which was styled by Sex and the City uber-stylist, Patricia Field.
